This is a great console for any Nintendo fan. If you had a Wii you can use all your controllers and accessories with this console. But now you can enjoy HD multi-platform games like black ops 2.

Buying the console at launch means some long software updates. Also functionality of some apps like Nintendo TVii is not fully there. Also the controller comes with a 3 hour battery life simple fix though, get bigger battery.

My 8 year who has everything including a fractured leg wanted this for his communion. I thought he wouldn't get much use out of it since we have a wii and an ipad but I was wrong. So far it has only been used for games in the house but they tell me it could be used for much more. With his limited mobility right now, it has come in handy with his boredom while the siblings are outside.

I ♥ it! It's awesome. I just feel that there's enough storage, not just 8 GB, but 32 GB! It's awesome! The first game me & MM3 played was NSMBU. It was awesome! I couldn't help myself! It's great. Everyone (in the world) should buy it.

Uhh... what's not to expect about it (especially if you haven't even tried the console)? The Wii U is a completely new console and not an addon if you were wondering. It's well worth the price. :P

I have enjoyed playing video games since I was very young, so believe me when I say that this console is an extremely good buy! I have so much fun playing Nintendo Land with my 5 year old daughter on this, I recommend this to everyone, with or without children! :)

So happy with this system. Got it for my son finally. Its nice to be able to play and either look at the tv while you are playing or just the gamepad. The graphics are phenomenal and the sound is even better. Haven't had it long enough to fully go into everything but so far I'm very happy with this purchase. The Nintendo land game that comes with it is awesome. I'm sure the amount of memory available on it will exceed our expectations.

Ever since I bought this Wii U I can't stop playing it, COD, Mario bros. nba, all great games, game pad has Internet like a tablet, EShop very easy to use, put old wii games and the saved data all transferred to wii u, great console, only thing I didn't like it does not play DVD, or blue ray

Ordered the wii u deluxe set and it should have come with Nintendoland disc. It was missing. Returned this set and got another set. This one would not sync with our wifi. Returned and now ordered Xbox 360 since we have had enough problems with wii u. Sorry.

It's very possible that your router is an older model and not compatible with newer technology. I've had that issue before but not after upgrading to a new router. Also, if it didn't come with the NintendoLand game disc, you would easily be able to exchange at any store... The Wii U has been great for me so far. No issues whatsoever :)

This setup is a little quirky & inconsistent. Syncing extra remotes is not as simple as it should be and tedious at times. It will take some time to get used to and figure out all it takes to go where you want to go within the system and get used to the game pad controller. A little pricy but will see if it was worth it after using it a while. Potential seems to be good for this system.

I am not only a mom but a video gamer. My daughter loves the new Wii U she got it for her birthday. The portable unit is light and controls are manufactured to fit in your hands it feels great. My daughter is known to misplace the cable remote or tv remote and now she can control both with the Wii U it is such a great feature to have and all the new apps are great. I would recommend this product to all. For the value it is steep but what game console isn't as for me it was well worth it. Nintendo Thanks & Walmart

This is AWESOME! I love the game pad and this bundle comes with a lot of stuff. For only $50 more you get a charging stand, Nintendo Land, regular stand, and digital deluxe program. The digital deluxe program is when you download games from the e-shop, for every 500 points you get, it is $5 you can use on the e-shop. You get a free membership to it until the end of 2014. The internet browser is great! It loads pages quickly and you can watch YouTube on it! Overall, it is awesome and it is great!

I bought this for my kids for Christmas and it really did meet my expectations, but then again for the price I figured it better. My kids absolutely love this and it can be used with your regular nintendo we and tv like normal. Very fun when going against other opponents.

My child is visually impaired and the game pad has given him the freedom to play with his siblings. I like the game pad because it allows you to use it as a screen and it doesn't have to be hooked into a large tv.
