The size is definitely off... Order a size up (which is what I did). I sprayed them with suede leather protector when I got them. I am a Science teacher and I ride a scooter to work on most nice days. These boots are perfect for riding and for walking around the school. I got several compliments on the style. They are light weight boots, not heavy. If you are wanting a heavy/sturdy boot, these boots are not for you. However, if you are looking for a light weight boot with an emphasis on comfort and style, you will be happy with this selection. I noticed other reviewers said the boots fell apart after wearing them for a day. I have worn mine all week and they still look brand new.

the boots are very cute and stylish. but the sizing is off. i am a perfect 8. i ordered an 8 and had to return and get size 8.5. i bought both colors. the brown runs smaller than the black in sizing. i wore the black boots 1 time walking though the mall and now they look very worn out like i had them for years. i would not recommend these boots.
