My husband even loves this comforter who hates being hot \I have it low heat right now because its still in 20s-30s at night. Our room is the coldest in the house and its been wonderful.

We got the king with dual controls, and we love it.. The instructions are a bit flaky, but not too tough. We love the preheat feature. I no longer shiver while getting into bed. My only (minor) complaint: I wish it came in black. I can see it getting dirty in no time...

It has so much to do before you can use the blanket. Just wanted an on/off button. Guess I didn't understand it had to be programed to use. I've had it 2 weeks and still trying to make it work as it should. No heat yet because I can't complete the programing!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful blanket!

I had been using both an electric blanket (for a warm & preheated bed) and a down comforter (for cozy bulk) for several years, and couldn't imagine doing without either but it seemed like such a waste to have both. I started surfing for new options and was surprised to find this product. It is a wonderful combination of both, and perfectly meets my needs.
The Walmart price is MUCH lower than any other site, and the shipping was fast and the product in perfect shape.
The only negative is that the owner's manual is not intuitive, and hard to figure out the bonus features. The owner's manual covers several different blanket controls with varying features, and hard to figure out which one is mine since the control model is not on the control itself. It has an auto preheat feature where you can set the time you want it to turn on each night, but even after following the directions exactly it does not work that way. It's fine because I can just turn it on myself as I've always done in the past, but is odd that there are features like this that don't seem to work right. Also you can set the number of hours until it turns off automatically, and choices are 2, 6, and 10. I would have preferred to have options of 4 & 8 hours.
