Because a tablet is one of those fragile items that we love to carry everywhere we go, to use it for everything that we can, this protection plan to cover it for drops, spills and cracked screens is so perfect in coverage and at a great price. I'm feeling free to use it when I need it because it's covered to the maximun of the cost. I would recommend this to everyone with a new ipod, iphone, tablet, laptop (etc). It's such a comfortable feeling of knowing that you don't have to worry about loosing everything that you have before something happens to it.

Bad Service Plan

This plan does not cover what it states it should cover. My claim got denied for reasons no one can determine on the company's end. I tried inquiring about the 3 day service plan but I was informed that if the service center denied my claim in error, the 3 day service guarantee would still not apply.
I wish I could have gotten something else. I have always gotten extended warranty plans from Walmart but have never actually filed a claim. I am sad to say I will never get one again.

It was convenient for me to purchase over the internet (Walmart) extra protection for my purchased item (Tablet). Made a copy of the receipt and plan to stored some after. Great.

I opted for this warranty instead of Apple Care. Even with Apple Care they do not cover spill coverage. This is a great value for 36$.

This is only good on paper when you do not need to file a claim. Once you do, it is a very difficult and laborious experience. I wish I could get a refund on this plan myself.

I would not buy an electronic product without this added on. Previously, I had purchased another tablet for my grandson and unfortunately, the screen got broken. I telephoned the product care number and spoke right away to a representative who assisted me in getting the problem resolved. They were quick, concise and very helpful. Consider this when you purchase an electronic product.

Coverage like this is "must-have" in my book for cameras, computers, MP3 players--anything that can be dropped and broken or spilled on and fried. And the price point for Walmart's coverage is quite reasonable.

I dropped my first iPad and the screen shattered and wished that I would have had coverage to repair the screen. Hope I don't need it BUT it's nice knowing that my new iPad has this coverage.

Hopefully, I will never have to use this, but for the money I feel it is a good plan. My daughter had purchased a similar plan for her son's tablet and the screen got cracked and she was sent a voucher to replace it. Can't beat the deal!

This was the least expensive warranty I had seen for the mini iPad. I purchased it because the iPad is used mainly by my 12 year old son. He has always been very careful with my iPad but you never know. The only problem I had was figuring out how to register my iPad with this warranty. Walmart sent me an email, but I never got it. I called the store and got the site to store phone number for Walmart and called them. They then told me how to register the iPad by phone and I called the number and it was very easy to register it.
