I was somewhat concerned ordering such an expensive thing that had to be put together that probably once it came out of the box it wouldn't go back in. However, each piece was in its own extremely sturdy and very well packaged box. The instructions could be a little easier to read on deciding which direction to have pieces with finished and unfinished sides. There is shading to differentiate it but it is faint and we didn't pick up on that til after taking apart the same piece three times b/c of us not following the instructions so that is more our fault. After that it was very simple to put everything together as long as you followed instructions. Each piece took a couple hours to put together but we wanted to take our time and have it look good.
Once we got it complete and the tv mounted using our bracket it looks extremely good and my wife and I have both commented numerous times how good it looks. It is kind of dark on the shelves so we went out and purchased a 6 pk of linked lights for $40 at Home Depot to give it some light on the shelves due to the dark wood. We also left out the dividers on the two towers to have more shelf space for other things other than DVDs/blurays. I just packaged them in the box the glass doors came in in case we wanted to add them in later.
Overall very solid product and came out exactly as pictured.
