My only complaint is that the Starbucks lettering is a bit crooked in the middle of it.. no biggy. It's not too big, not too small. It's my new favorite mug.

I order this item for my aunt and they shipped it to her in a plastic envelope. You don't put fragile items in a plastic envelope to be ship. She got her package and the whole thing was busted up the k-cups was also busted open. Whom ever packed this product up to be ship should know you don't put fragile items in plastic envelopes to be sent out. I guess if you want to order something and Receive it broken order this.

Should have read reviews first, received mine broken as well. Item was packaged poorly with no wrapping or protection. Walmart did replace with new one and was very helpful in getting replacement.
