These shirts are a very nice thickness and are not paper thin. I have the teal shirt and there is a bit of shine at the neck and cuff hems, which I like. It's not blingy, or anything, just some of the hemming is stitched with a metallic thread. For me, the scoop neck is a good depth and not too low.
However, I am rather petite and found the shirt falls right around my hips which for me is perfect, but if you are taller and looking for a long shirt, then these might be a little short.
Overall, I recommend trying them, they are a great value and appear to be quality product.

I loved the weight and scoop-neck styling of these tees. Even though I went up a size because of the cut, the tees ran very small and I had to return them. I would recomment them to someone with a thin frame.
