I should have went with my first decision. I will never buy another refurbished equipment again. I guess It's a chance you take. The overall product was great, but refurbished not the way.

I was originally looking at purchasing a Nexus 7, but after I found this for $50 cheaper, along with features you don't get on the Nexus such as the dual cameras and expandable memory, it was a no-brainer. I was a little skeptical about the fact that it was refurbished, but so far, so good. I'm in love with this tablet.

When I got this product, I wasn't sure what to expect, my Mom had a Kindle and I wanted something similar to hers. After I received this product I fell in love with it and think it is better than my Mom's Kindle.. Though it is not as compatible with the Kindle when it comes to playing apps together, I couldn't be happier with this product. Love Samsung <3

We have an iPad at home but I wanted to get something for the wife to read and take with her. The iPad was just too big. This was a great deal and the tablet works great. The camera is average for a tablet and as good as the iPad that we have.
The best thing about this tablet is the expandible memory. There is more that enough room for anything that you want to take with you.
The touch screen is very reactive and is better than a couple of other tablets that I have tried. Overall it is a great deal and great product. I would take this over the iPad.

First refurbished product I ever purchaased that had a problem with. Did Samsung just sling it back into the box & never bother to repair it?? It was missing wall charger. Turns out it would not charge with a plug & cord! Would not update, kept freezing up. I returned it to Walmart with NO PROBLEMS what so ever. Plus a new one was on sale for $ 179. I paid the extra $ 30.

I love this tablet, I use it 24/7. I loaded it with the Sandisc 32gb Micro SD for Music, It has no problem handling the 32gigs. It has a Music Hub, Google music, and a standard music player included with it. It displays the Album Covers beauitfully. I use the Samsung USB connection kit for USB thumb drives and the Samsung Card reader for Memory Cards.
Adding music or Videos with another computer to the Galaxy 7" tab is a breeze.
It finds the wireless connection points quickly, with no hassles. Great product from Samsung.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 refurb looks great and works great too. I'm glad I didn't pay the extra $50 for a non-refurb model, as it would have been a waste since this one is perfect in every sense.

Service was outstanding and the product did not disappoint. I already own a samsung smartphone and wanted to give this tablet to my hubby. He loves my phone so my hope was that the tablet would be even better. Easy to use right

So far so good. This was a late christmas (in April) present to myself. I was wanting to get a smart phone but decided to get a tablet instead. I have had this for about a week and I cant tell it was refurbished. I can surf the web and am currently reading a free book downloaded through kindle app. The system came with Android 4.0 but upgraded to 4.1.1 i think. I haven't checked out the games yet, but i will soon. Now i want to download and watch videos and find a reasonably priced case for it. I got the extra 2 year protection for it so the full cost was right at $199 and change including the warranty.

Was skeptical about a refurbished..plus I really was leaning toward a 10 inch; The price was great...ordered the red..when it showed up it was grey...well ok we'll give it a try after all what does color matter with a good deal. Did not take all the plastic off (not sure I would like the 7 inch). After 3days I was starting to get used to it and thinking, yeah this is a nice little toy. Then it died...no warnng...no "hey Jim not felling good about this"..just died. No resucitation...just died. packed it up in original packing and box and buried it at Wal-mart.

To be honest I guess I didn't know what to expect, when I made a purchase of a refurbished tablet! But I'm here to tell you I believe I received a brand new device! I had always heard they send them back to a factory, where they completely go over the item. Now I truly believe that quality control for these items are stricter than that of original production. I could not be happier, and recommend the option to all I know!
