We got nabi2 for our 6 year old son for a christmas present last year (december, 2012). After a month, not using everyday, it stopped working. It went completely dead. When I called the company, the automated message said the wait time is 40-60minute. I did not think, it would be that long and stayed on hold but noone came to the phone. The message also suggests to contact them through their facebook page. That is another joke! If you write to them with one question, they respond with a question after about 5 minutes. That's how it goes. You have to on the facebook writing a message in 5minute intervals until they tell you to call their customer service. After a few try you get someone on the phone, they'd tell you to wait for them to call you. I mean, it's a joke.
The way their customer service is the WORST!!!
After a long try, they agreed to send me a replacement since it is still under the warranty. They sent me a repalcement with a DIRTY, Stained, used nabi!!! What? Are you kidding me?

After about a month use, in the middle of the night, it started making sharp, metallic ringing sound. The noise was so huge, it woke everyone in the house!!! We thought the burglary arlam had gone off!!!
We have tryed to contact nabi again, it's the same run arounds!!! I wish, we never got this piece of junk for our son! He is disappointed, snd me and my husband as parents are livid! No other parents, grand parents, kids should go through this!
If you want to buy your child a safe tablet for kids, look else where. Nabi is terrible! Nabi service is terrible!

We bought this same exact Nabi (Tablet for kids), for our son for Christmas. It was such a teriific present. Even though, it IS QUITE EXPENSIVE for a child (our son is 5 yrs. old), he has so much fun with his Nabi. Not only does he use all the learning games, he also can watch his Netflix cartoons as well as movies via the Netlflix that we installed in his "very own grown -up iPad". LoL
I highly recommend this Nabi to introduce computers to your child. The Nabi is just about the same or is the same as any regular "adult" iPad, BUT with parental settings.
There ae so many programs that all ready installed and so much more that you can download yourself.
Lots of Luck, your child will definitely enjoy it!!!

I purchased this product for my toddler son. It didn't come on upon opening it. I charged it for an hour and I was able to set it up. After giving it to my son to use for his first time, it wouldn't turn on. I knew it had to still be charged because I turned it off after setting it up. I charged it again and it would come on sometimes after I pressed the power key and sometimes it wouldn't. After less than a week of the turmoil, back to the store Nabi goes!

Initially, I was somewhat hesitant to purchase this product. Nonetheless, I purchased it and I love it and so does my seven year old son who I bought it for. If you take the time to properly set it up, it will be worth the time, effort and cost. Be sure to download the Amazom App store for a broader range of apps. I plan to purchase another Nabi this May for my daughter's 5th Birthday.

I got this for my 6 year old for his birthday, and all of my kids LOVE it! I even have a few of my own apps on it. I love the kid friendliness of it and the parental controls are wonderful! Would highly recommend!

This was a gift for my daughter who just turned 7. She absolutely LOVES it! It's pretty easy to use (this coming from someone who is tech-challenged and doesn't even own a smartphone). There are a ton of games available to download for free from the Amazon App store, including educational ones. My 4 year old son loves it as well. Honestly, when the kids aren't around I'M usually playing with it! I really like that there is a Mommy mode I can use to adjust the settings and go online. It also seems very durable. My kids love that there is a front facing camera so they can take their pictures and record themselves. Like I said before, I'm not a tech person so I have nothing to compare it to, but I think this is a great product and I would highly recommend it. I tend to be pretty frugal, but I definitely think this was well worth the price.

My wife and I were talking about getting a tablet for our 2 year old son to use on occasion. After a month or so of going back and forth on what to get, we found the Nabi 2 tab. I was a bit skeptical about it at first but we decided to try it. This thing is the greatest for little kids, even a 2 year old. He will walk around with it, and keep him entertained for quite some time. Great product!

We bought this for our 8 year old daughter and she loves it. It has everything that a regular tablet has but with the added parental security. It was really easy to add additional websites to the Nabi mode. We also found a website that showed us how to add all the games that she loves to play like Subway surfer, temple Run etc. It comes fully loaded with lots of great educaitonal apps and other games that my daughter loves to play. I think this is a great product!

Don't waste your money!!! I bought for my 5 year old son for Christmas. Loved it at first but now you can't do anything unless you buy apps and have to HAVE WI-FI which is a joke. He can't take it if we go on a road trip or to his grandmas which she doesn't have Wi-Fi. I am getting rid of this soon as possible and going and buying a different kind or a laptop for him!!!!

I love this tablet for my daughter i love that only i can approve the apps she downloads and plays and that she still has access to the internet but its also kid safe and websites also have to be approved by me if they have never been their before. AMAZING TABLET! Super clear screen, and my daughter has dropped this a number of times and its a tough bugger. No problems at all! You can also download the amazon app store for a better selection of apps.

I bought this for my 5 year old and she loves it. It is easy for her to use on her own and she has been so happy with it. She loves the games and being able to use the camera. It was worked great playing videos and movies on Netflix. Def a great choice for a kid friendly tablet.

We bought this for my son a few months before his 3rd birthday and he loves it! It has been great. He is rough on it and we haven't had any problems. We use netflix which he knows how to use on his own. We also have downloaded tons of educational games that were free. The youtube dowloader app is great also, we can download cartoons from youtube to watch later. The only drawback is the accessories are a little expensive.

This is such an amazingly wonderful product. You definitely get what you pay for and I am so happy I chose the Nabi 2. My daughter who is 6 loves it and we as the parents (36) love it too! You can do anything on this that you can do on any other android tablet but without the worry bc when in Nabi mode your child can only access what you have previously set. In mommy mode you can add games for the kids or magazines for yourself. Brilliant product. My only gripe is that the accessories are ridiculously priced!! $30 for a colored piece of rubber to replace the red one.

The tablet was great for the first few months then we start having technical difficulties, the tablet would not power on . I purchased the Care Plan from walmart and I discovered them problem was not covered by the plan. It took me a month to get in contact with someone from the company and I am still having problems with getting the issue resolved. By having two warranties you would think every issue would be covered.
