Only had the TV for just over a week, but overall I am quite satified. The on-line purchasing experience went very well, including the store pick-up. The product is as proscribed and functioing well. This purchase was made after shopping around a signficant amount. This is not a high end purhcase, and not intended to be, but I must say I am rather particular with some things and for the price I am very happy with the television as well as the purchase process.

I am totally pleased with this product. It has a great picture, was very easy to set up and to use. Perfect size for my room and needs. The price was excellent, lower than any other place I saw this set. I am totally pleased with this unit and everything about it. I would recommend this TV to anyone who is looking to buy a new unit.

This television has met all of my expectations. I like the slimness of the body and how easy it was to set up. The picture quality has been as provmised, although I have not figured out how to get the HD to work. I would recommend this television for price and quality.

Bad Panel - Dozens of vertical stripes & blotches

Delivered on time and intact site-to-store. Easy to unbox and set up.
Has the connections I need plus some. Tuner seemed to work fine.
When first turned on, tuner found most available analog & digital stations.
However, panel showed dozens of fixed stripes in random places independent of which signal was selected, and with no-signal input chosen.
In addition to stripes, there were hundreds of "stuck" pixels all over screen, especially near top, a bit left of center.
Obviously a bad panel -- wasted 4+ hours with transport, unbox, setup, 20 minute support call, teardown, rebox, re-transport, return. Disappointed that such poor quality panel was allowed to ship.
Do not know if this bad panel is the rule or the exception.
LCD haze/glow showed concentric circles with center near top, a bit right of center -- this might be 'normal' as many LCDs seem to have areas that glow.

Got this TV for my husband who watch the stock market all day long. He seems to love it and not heard any complaints so it must be performing just fine. The value was excellent and we received it much sooner than anticipated -- a few days before the super bowl, so everyone was happy.
