I'm sure there are better 43" LED LCD televisions out there but this is a great buy. Obviously it is best to connect to an HD cable or dish source to obtain the best picture quality. We are very happy with our purchase.

This may be an off brand, but don't let that stop you! Really awesome tv. Don't skimp, be sure to also get the HDMI cables - they definitely make a difference.
If you can't program your DirecTv or Dish remote because of a lack of codes that work, try 10047, with the cables - problem solved!

No doubt, this TV is excellent for this price. After doing lots of research, I found this great TV.
In fact, I have purchased 21 TVs to put in my hotel rooms. So far, so good. Excellent picture quality as well as good sound. You need to turn on stereo sound. By default, it is set for Mono sound. TCL is among the largest TV manufacturer in the world and they make excellent TVs.

This set is very attractive to look at, but wait till you hit the on button..........WOW!!! Amazing picture! Everything is visually sharp, crystal clear, and a very polished smooth picture!
No graininess. Bright picture with vibrant color....very nice "depth".......reach thru the screen quality.
The only negative would be the sound .....very tight and focused but a little on the "tiny" side.......just play with the built in EQ, as I have done, and I'm sure you will find a tone that will be more than acceptable.
As with any LED-hdtv, don't be a cheapskate, buy an extended warranty! DON'T BE AN IDIOT,.... AN EXTRA $44.00 WILL HAVE YOU COVERED FOR ANYTHING THAT MIGHT COULD GO WRONG!

BOTTOM LINE......I AM BLOWN AWAY.
