I've had my Affinity 870 for a few weeks now and am still loading some programs and files into it to get it to do what I want. I ordered the 870 with the Blu-Ray read/write optic drive bedause I do quite a bit of photo editing and some video also. Was some what disappointed to find that out of the box I had to install the provided CyberLink software to even play a Blu-Ray disc and will have to buy and upgrade or other software to burn a Blu-Ray disc. So far the only other minus is that the curser controlled by the wireless Logitc mouse can sometimes act a bit erratic (jumps all over the screen with the slighest movement of the mouse). On the plus side the speed is great with the i7 cpu and the 16gb of ram. I am very satisfied with the 23" AOC mointor. I'm a 69 year old male and I 'm certanly no computer guru. I have been usuing a Dell 8400 for the last 7 years. I had it repaired under warranty twice and the kicker is that it's mother board burn't out the day my ZT Affitiny was delivered. I did a lot of online research and visited the big box stores and could not find any other brand of computer that could match the spec's of the ZT Afinity for the price. Just have to wait and see how well it holds up. It would have been nice a have a build sheet come in the box with it listing exactly what all the components are such as optic drive, hard drive, the memory modules brand and speed,etc.

You'd expect at least a built-in microphone (if not also a built-in webcam) for paying $1000 on a computer... Works well otherwise, but very disappointed in these 'details'...

After diligent shopping for a new desktop found the ZT product is by far the best for the price. Just check what Dell has for a similar price and none come close – i7 processor, 2T hard drive, etc. On the day of order the manufacture called to verify my address. Ordered expedited delivery and shipment received the next day. Quick install even though I have a complicated setup for business reasons. The computer did not have bunch useless programs as other computers have when new. Next day purchased MS Office Professional 2010 as a download. First install screwed up Windows 7. MS Tech Support was less than helpful. ZT customer service is beyond excellent. After the Office download and problems I contacted ZT support. Staff was extremely helpful and I had to callback with little issues 2 – 3 times and again ZT more than caring and helpful.
I use professional studio speakers. Went to BestBuy to get a speaker wire converter and saw a man checking out desktops. I told him about the ZT product, he was taken back since I bought it through Wal-Mart, but I told him what you get and he too was blown away.

I had never heard of this brand but I really liked the lifetime telephone support idea so I took a chance. I love this computer--not cluttered with garbage and it was fast and easy to set up! Runs great and is amazingly fast!

After reading several reviews about this computer, I went ahead and confidently made my purchase. I tried to match the power of this computer to other brands and couldn't come close to the price with the exact same equiptment. Great Price for such awesome power. It was totally plug and play right from the start. The monitor is beautiful, bright, and crisp. Super deal. I did read that one customer had his processor stuck at 12% CPU usage and ended up returning the computer but after further research, the 12% is Intel's Rapid Storage Technology that is the source of this CPU usage. I'm sure it's a good thing but I went ahead and disabled it under services in the task manager and my CPU went back to near Zero. This computer is lightning fast and quiet,boots up in seconds, and I defragged a 2TB Hard Drive in under ten minutes instead of two days! Great Deal, Go for it! I actually ended up buying two and both are working fine.
