Great Price, Fast System For Everyday Use

CPU: I bought this system mainly because it has a fast CPU. It's quad-core Intel i7-3770 CPU was rated #11 among the high-end CPUs at the time of my purchase [June 2012]:
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html
Windows Experience Index: 7.7 out of 10
RAM: 16GB RAM installed on 4 available slots. If you want to increase it to 32GB you have to ditch all the 16GB and buy 4-8GB modules. The 16GB is more than enough for my usage since I only run a few office productivity apps, maybe a couple of application servers and light Photoshop work. Task Manager so far only shows 4GB max of RAM used with normal apps usage. I was running all that from my previous system with 1.5GB and a single core Pentium4. Go figure!
Windows Experience Index: 7.7 out of 10
Hard Drive: 2TB SATA hard drive is more than enough at the moment. Only problem is that to keep things affordable this is only a 5400rpm drive so it is the bottle neck in the system. Still no biggie for me since there's lots of RAM and system will probably not do any page file access any time soon. There's lots of SATA expandability as long as you pay attention to your power needs.
Windows Experience Index: 5.9 out of 10
Video Card: 2GB GeForce GT430 graphics card (dual monitor capable). Was a bit confused with specs because it did not mention that it had the old VGA adapter. My monitor only had VGA+HDMI. All is well though since video card had DVI+VGA+HDMI. Not really a gamer so I cannot comment on quality of graphics except that it works for my mediocre needs. Once thing for sure is that it really improved the picture quality on my 28 I-Inc IH282HPB Dual HDMI Blu-ray 1080p Widescreen LCD monitor. I was able to toggle the desktop between VGA and HDMI.
NOTE: System comes with onboard VGA+DVI+HDMI. I have not tested the quality of that since I think the insatlled nVidia card is faster and better.
Windows Experience Index: 6.7 out of 10
Blu-Ray: I opted to get this instead of model with 23" monitor and DVD/RW because I already have a 28" monitor but I do not have a Blu-ray player. I'm not really sure I will use the Blu-ray to watch a movie since I have better systems to play them on. However, you never know if some productivity apps in the future will come in Blu-ray media instead of DVD.
Power Supply: Just 350 watts but it's whisper quiet. I will probably upgrade this in the future if I start installing more hard drives and if I go for a faster video card. For now this is sufficient.
Expansion Slots: (1) PCI-Ex16 , (2) PCIe x1, (1) PCI-Ex4
The PCI-Ex16 is used by the video card. The adjacent PCIe slot is obscured by the video card and is unusable. This means you have one PCIe and the PCI-Ex4 slots left. I tried installing 2 different USB cards in the PCIe slot and they did not work probably because they were plain vanilla PCI and not PCIe. Just something to think about if you want to reuse some of your old PCI cards.
USB: Used up all the external USB slots at the back [4-USB2.0, 2 USB 3.0]. Has 2 USB 2.0 in front that I use to toggle between various devices. However, there are a lot of USB header slots if you want to add more USB ports [you can never have enough!]. I purchased a 5.25" front-panel USB so I can increase the number of front USB slots that I have and I do not have to keep removing the other USB cords for the other devices.
Card Reader: Front panel and I only use the SD card reader. As one of the reviewers mentioned you have to load the card upside down. Tsk tsk ...
SPDIF: Lost digital audio capability when I moved to this system. My old one had a digital out which I used to connect my stereo system to. Motherboard has a SPDIF header so you need to install a separate card to connect to this and hook up to your stereo system. Bummer.
Case: Looks cheap but it works. My system is tucked under my desk so this is no big deal. System is easy to open with only removal of 2 screws to get to the innards. There is option to install separate fan and mount it on the cover if you need to cool down the system further.
Blu-ray/DVD/CD: Decent performance. It just works. Cyberlink Blu-ray software that comes pre-installed is cheesy but usable. Burned DVD successfully. Saw a bit of Blu-ray through HDMI and it works. No system jitters noted on playback.
Overall: I'm quite pleased with this system, it does the job. I run MS Visual Studio 12, Oracle VirtualBox/Ubuntu12, MS Outlook, Firefox, Chrome and Picasa3 at the same time with no significant performance degradation. I would recommend this system to anybody who is doing normal office productivity software. With a faster hard drive, better graphics card, and bigger power supply you can still turn this into one awesome gaming system.

My second ZT Systems purchase. Originally ordered a machine from a club store but it didn't have the 3rd Gen Intel i7 3770 processor. Called ZT systems to see if I could pay extra for it. Salesperson was most helpful and pointed out the system I sought was sold (only!) by Walmart. Difference in price was $100 more, however Walmart's $10 shipping to home vs Club store's $39 leveled the net price difference to $71. And for this well spent $71 I received the most current CPU AND a blu-ray WRITER drive vs older CPU and a multi-DVD writer (No Blu-ray).
Two weeks after purchase the price dropped $10 more...one heck of a deal.
Machine specs: i7 3770 CPU, 16 GB RAM, 2 TB drive, and dedicated 2 GB graphics card.
Only Con: NO WiFi is built in to the machine on anything ZT offers. Seems a shame to receive it only to have to shop some more for wireless configuration. (Machine does have ethernet....but who isn't wireless these days?)

I was pleasantly surprised when I unpacked this computer. It's well-designed and neatly assembled. Case is light weight but seems durable. Runs very quiet. Nothing fancy. Minimal extra internal connectors or cables. No doors or covers to hide optical drive or USB/audio ports. Had one question for tech support, and it was answered promptly. Added additional optical drive and hard disk drive without difficulty. To get equivalent unit from big-names like Dell or HP would have cost many hundreds of $ more, and i doubt if there would have been any extra benefits to me. Overall: I'm pleased with the product and recommend it highly. I would buy it all over again if I needed another unit.
