My experience with the delivery, it was just drop off without the bottom part of the enclosed box!
The top part of the wine cooler was damaged! The wine cooler does work now.

Arrived damaged like so many others. Insufficient packaging. Poor quality construction of bottom. Needs metal plate reinforcement where there is only soft easily damaged material.

Wow this item looks good in my kitchen and I love it. I am not a big wine drinker, but my girlfriends are and they love it as well. It was affordable and very pleasant to look at. I RECEIVED THIS TODAY, IT ALSO HAD THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX CUT OUT,THE SIDES WAS ALSO BUSTED OPEN THE ONLY THING HOLDING IT TOGETHER WAS THE TIES AROUND IT THAT THE DELIVERY PEOPLE USE TO CARRY IT, WHEN OPENED THE TOP THE DOOR WAS COMPLETELY OFF OF THE UNIT, THE HINGE WAS BROKEN AND THE WIRES WERE COMPLETLY EXPOSED. VERY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION THIS CAME IN. I CONTACT WALMART ONLINE VIA PHONE, REP WAS VERY COUREOUS AND APOLOGETIC, AND IMMEDIATELY SUBMITTED FOR A REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT BUT I DO PRAY THAT THIS ONE COMES IN ONE PIECE. AS I WAS AND STILL AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY WINE COOLER

Item came in a huge box with a much smaller package which had no bottom and what appeared to be a make shift bubble wrap attempt of keeping the cooler inside its box. By the time i took the cooler out it was chipped in three of the four front corners including a giant chunk broken off in the last fourth corner. Item would have been wonderful if it werent for the terrible packaging

Can't review the product after a week or two. I'd love to tell you 6 months or a year from now! How am I going to know if the value or durability is there? The last one I bought at Walmart last year died after one year. So I figured I'd try again. That's also why I bought the two year warranty.

It says wine cooler, not champagne cooler.

Light dry white wines, rosés, sparkling wines: Serve at 40° to 50° F to preserve their freshness and fruitiness. Think crisp Pinot Grigio and Champagne. For sparklers, chilling keeps bubbles fine rather than frothy. This is also a good range for white dessert wines; sweetness is accentuated at warmer temperatures, so chilling them preserves their balance without quashing their vibrant aromas.
Full-bodied white wines and light, fruity reds: Serve at 50° to 60° F to pick up more of the complexity and aromatics of a rich Chardonnay or to make a fruity Beaujolais more refreshing.
Full-bodied red wines and Ports: Serve at 60° to 65° F—cooler than most room temperatures and warmer than ideal cellaring temperatures—to make the tannins in powerful Cabernet or Syrah feel more supple and de-emphasize bitter components.

If you want chilled champagne keep in in the fridge. If you want red or white table wine at the proper storage temperature, the range provided by this unit is just right. There really is no need for a wine cooler to store champagne since it need not be stored horizontally and fridge temp is fine.
