I bought this phone because my phone contract was up and it was becoming too expensive. I love that straighttalk allows you to spend 45 a month for unlimited everything! Unfortunately, I chose this phone. I cannot send a text half the time because it constantly restarts when I try. I returned the first and the second did the same thing! Sadly I have had it for awhile now because I can't afford a new phone. It is such a pain don't waste your time with this phone!

If ur phone is restarting, so it might either the phone or the battery problem. so have a check with other battery and do a hard reset and I believe that will fix the issue!

If you have trouble in loading apps it might be the problem happening out while running multiple apps, so quit unused apps or restart the device and well If problem happening out using specific apps then Clear the app cache data .I recommend this phone!

This is by far the worse phone that I have owned. It constantly reboots, freezes up, and the battery life is far less than advertised. Take my advice, spend the extra money and get a phone that works, not just reboots.

Hey HatesZTE well I had been using this phone for a long time am a truck driver ,I lot of play games ,songs ,use GPS I never had any problems because I do regular reset, updates ,my battery is real good !it works real quick! It’s cheap am pretty satisfied!

i bought this phone few months ago. now i have buy another phone. it drops calls like crazy when i have full bars, it freezes all the time, u cant get on the internet most of the time, it wiped out all my contacts . u dont ger texts half the time nor can u sent them

well wat happens is that is till couple of months the phone works real good after few months it freezes do u know why? Because the temp files gets accumulated in the cache or internal memory which will cause low memory problem for phone as result it will run slowly later it will freeze ul get the chain of problems! Well im being mobile technician I will suggest u to a hard reset to clear up temp files which will fix the entire bunch off issues! Because my phone merit works real quick!

I bought this phone last June and for the first month, I loved it. Then I started having space issues, so I bought an SD card. But that didn't solve problems because the phone comes with preinstalled things that you cannot move to the SD card or delete, even if you don't use them. By September the phone started to occasionally turn itself off and then back on again. By occasionally I mean sometimes once a week and sometimes 3 times in an hour. The space continued to be an issue and limits the use of the internet, the whole reason I got a smart phone. Once the phone runs out of space it shuts down all of the programs until you go and delete everything you can to make room. Tonight on my way home from work the screen went completely black, the buttons at the bottom of the screen would light up but not the screen itself. I was not able to turn it off or back on. When I got home I was able to remove the battery and when I put it back in the phone started to work again. Hopefully it will last long enough for me to find a reliable replacement.

Even I use lot of apps on my phone and as the result of it, the phone started to display low memory space, then I backed up the data and after master reset the phone and my phone works fine!

It's an ok phone for the price. It has limited internal memory and comes preloaded with several applications that I don't need or want and I can't uninstall. At least I figured out how to turn off the auto updates so it won't tell me every day that I'm low on space. I'm happy with the phone service though and the price

I've had my phone for almost a year, at first I loved it but then like 2 months in it started to glitch and tell me my memory was full when it wasn't (I have a 8 gig memory card) it also wouldn't let me end my phone calls (I would have to take the battery out.) Then about a month ago my battery life started to get really cruddy, now I have to charge it twice a day!! It's an ok phone to start but it didn't last me long....once my warranty is up I am getting a new phone!!

Don't waste your money I bought this phone had it a 3 weeks and it started freezing up, shutting off and dead battery even when fully charged. When I complained to straight talk they said they could send me a shipping label and return it to be repaired <no refund because this was a common problem> and return times for getting it back would be 8-12 weeks!!! So I returned it to the store, walmart would only do exchange. Second phone lasted about 2 months then was doing the same thing. Also be warned that if you leave your phone in you purse the screen will crack, from I'm guessing my keys.

Had this phone for a few weeks. It is my first smartphone. Thinking on switching back to a regular phone. Battery life is terrible. Cannot share other peoples picture on my wall on facebook. Another thing is that the memory on this phone is terrible. After downloading a few apps, it said that memory is low so i had to delete some of the apps that i have downloaded. The only good thing about the phone is the reception that i get through at&t.

I am a person that would never, ever use a contract phone. I want to be able to switch phones to the best service for cheapest value out there. I love that straight talk is nation wide with NO HIDDEN charges!!! (ie, data charges, overage on texting and roaming) I also love this phone because it is a Droid and I can use it to do everything that contract phones do for $45/month.

This was a great phone for the first few months I've had it. However the internal memory is sorely lacking. It only has 150 MB internal memory and Google has pre-installed so many apps that you can't delete that you can hardly add your own. The browser that's pre-installed is also not so great, and you can't uninstall it, of course. It's a great phone if you have no intention of putting apps on it. Some apps you can put on an SDcard, but not very many, as I have come to find out.

This phone is wonderful I'm still getting used to the virtual qwerty keyboard.I have already downloaded a few books and games.The books are only small previews,but i just might buy a few.The calls are clear and loud,so far no problems with dropped calls or phone shutting off.The camera is decent.I would very much recommend the ZTE!

Like some of the other reviews here, I was originally disappointed by the internal memory limitations.
Did some research online, rooted the phone, (gives super user access) and installed a custom ROM. (operating system)
With an 8 GB microsd card in it, and a custom ROM which makes phone see SD card as internal memory, I have almost 4 GB available for apps. NOW, it's a great phone! ;-)
