I LOVE this phone! I went from an older BlackBerry to a plain straight talk phone to this phone. I've owned it close to two weeks now and it doesn't freeze, all the apps work great and the internet is great. I've heard some people say it slows down if you use it alot but so far I've used it all day everyday playing online games like Draw Something and Facebooking. No problems yet. Even if the internet slowed down on it.... I think I'd be ok. My old phone was slow anyway. The sound quality on it is good and speakerphone actually has a loud speaker. The only drawback I've found is that the camera doesn't flip so you can take self photos or have abutton on the side you can snap the picture with. Sounds vain but it's nice when you're trying to get a group picture.

This phone has all the capabilities I need from a smart phone at a great price. My friends who are paying $100 or more are amazed that this phone is just as good as theirs. The only small downfall is that it is difficult to find cases in stores to fit this model. However, I found lots of nice ones on Amazon for cheap!

There are only 3 things that I wish were different for this phone. I wish it had a foward facing camera and a flash!!! A little hard to use the skype app unless you are standing in front of a mirror! The last thing is the battery life. My old phone was good all day. With this one it seems to be plugged in atleast twice a day!

I finally saved up enough to get this phone. I was excited about the apps and the browser etc but its been 2 weeks and the screen is flickering! sometimes the browser crashes and now my messages aren't going through half the time. I'm going to return it soon. What a bummer. I guess you get what you pay for

This phone replaced a LG smartphone that had very little system RAM so I couldn't put on many of the apps I wanted because they operated on system RAM (emails, Facebook, Weather Channel, Google+ Etc.). This phone takes them all with no problems and now I have no problems with the WiFi system at college. This phone is on the Verizon network so the speed is good and it works where the LG that was on Boost network didn't.

Bought this phone to replace my Droid X that I have with a 2 yr contract service. The phone is smaller especially the screen but I can live with it considering there's no contract or ridiculous overage charges. A good solid phone, haven't activated it yet as I have another month on my current contract but overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Good Phone, but one problem

I like this phone and am glad I got it. It was easy to learn to use and I love that the screen is big. The camera and video are AWESOME for a phone under $200. I recorded a 20 minute long video with no problem and it shows great quality when I played it back. Super easy to transfer the pics and video to my computer (or youtube, facebook, email, text). Love all the features of the phone, easy to use. Only problem is with TEXTING. Phone has a full digital keyboard, but the keys must be too small because i'm always having to fix texting mistakes. It is really annoying when I always have to press backspace to go fix a mistake. I hit a key, but the wrong letter always pops up. Other than that..the phone is great. Oh it was also annoying setting it up the first day. It didn't work and I had to call customer service to have them fix the problem. It took about 10 hours to fix.

The Samsung Proclaim is a better phone than the Cricket ZTE. Which wasn't bad but I had no use for the Muve music plan so the Straight Talk sevice was $15.00 cheaper a month. It has good coverage and a lot of of storage space which is a plus. My son and daughter both have Straight Talk and it has worked well for them. My final reason to try Straight Talk and the Proclaim was my son's phone worked in the underground house where I live which it is difficult for any service to come though.

I have had this phone for about 2-3 weeks. I ordered one for myself and my husband. We both love them. So far we haven't had any issues. My screen did lock up one time and I had to turn the phone off to set it but I was surfing the internet when my battery was already blinking that it was low. That is my only complaint. Battery life isn't the best. Even when I'm not using the phone. Plan to charge it overnight and probably once during the day. More if you use it more. Other than the battery I LOVE this phone. You can watch Netflix and Youtube videos on it and go to Facebook, and play games and use most apps from google. Overall - 5 stars.
