I started taking this a week ago. I have not dieted. I do eat regularly...sometimes healthy...sometimes not so healthy. I do try to work out at least 3 times a week doing just basic home exercises. I have lost 3 lbs in one week. No noticeable change in measurements but I feel good. I take 2 Green Coffee bean in the morning or at lunch then follow it with 2 Raspberry Ketones at lunch or dinner. I recommend not taking them past 6pm bc I have noticed the later I take them, the longer it takes me to fall asleep. I definitely recommend this. I think you might benefit from it the most if you try to work out at least a little throughout the week. I did just buy my second weeks supply.

I can only say that the product shipped as stated and the quantity ordered was correct. Price was as quoted. I have been using for only 1 week so I cannot say that I've noticed any difference. I weigh myself daily and am exactly the same weight as when I started. Perhaps there will be some noteworthy results in the future?

I saw many reviews on youtube featuring this item. So i purchased it from walmart for 10 dollars. More places have it reallly expensive. And some realllly cheap. I saw results faster than what i was expecting because of my diet and working out while taking this pill.

I have been on this product for 17 days - been restricting what I eat, etc., and have not lost weight at all. I do think, over a longer period, I probably will because it does curb the appetite. Don't expect quick results and you won't be disappointed. :-)

It may work for you as long as you don't wash the pills down with milkshakes. You need to have control on your diet. If you don't put it in your grocery cart its not going on your butt. Some exercise is good for your weight loss too. I am handicapped but try and do what I can exercise wise. Worth at least 2 bottles try.

Have diabetes and product really has helped lower glucose level to below 100 in early morning. I took 2 at lunch and one more at dinner; below recommended dose as directions caution if low glucose levels possible I don 't like what insulin does to glucose levels and want to avoid it if possible. I take an oral medication also.
