I have bought this model phone for several years. For some reason they have changed it completely and it is very unsatisfactory. The Display does not function property; the commands on the phone are unreadable; it is very difficult to program because the buttons are written in a font so small I cannot see what I am pushing. Compared to previous phones I give this the lowest rating possible and am in the process of returning it t the store.
I did order it online. I have spoke with the RCA technical support and he walked me through a couple of things but was unsuccessful and he told me to return it to the store.
