I like the broil option, but that is about it. The handle snapped off the very first time I used it. The popcorn setting does not work. It is very complicated to change the power settings.

I am very disappointed with the microwave. It does not work. The door will not close it has a crack at the left hand top. You have to hold the door shut before it will even come on. I will be returning it to the local Walmart!

We received this microwave as a Christmas gift. Within a few months the paint on the inside of the microwave started chipping. Now the whole bottom of the microwave has chipped away. The microwave doesn't heat evenly either. I wouldn't recommend this microwave to anyone.

I bought this item refurbished and it was basically a piece of junk. When I opened the box the entire front panel was broken off and unattached. My hubby put it back together and once plugged in the interior light never went off. In addition, the start button would not work. In fact, the only buttons that did work were the fast cook buttons, but still would not function because the start button was malfunctioned. Very upset about the fact that it did not work, because I loved the model and its features. But I suppose you get what you pay for!! Too bad...

After a long wait (it took about a week longer than we initially thought it would to arrive), it finally arrived at the store. We picked it up OK, but when we got it home and took it out of the box, we noticed that it was dented underneath. When we plugged it in, it didn't work, so we returned it to the store the same day for a refund. Within a couple of days we were reimbursed on our account.
This was our first order through Walmart's website, and has made us wary of ordering again.
