So far so GREAT!
I am a big guy about 275lbs and really needed some extra comfort to get a good nights rest without having to spend a few thousand dollars, this seems to be my blessing in disguise.
I hope it last at least a year and if it does it would have been worth every penny.
Easy set up and easy unpacking. I really love the fitter that holds the topper in place.
Do your self a favor and buy this topper, I did a lot of research and reading of other products and reviews and this seem like the best opportunity for a great deal. Now that I have it I can attest it is a great buy.

The picture is not what you get, the photo shows a zipper fiber filled cover that the memory gel goes into and this is not what you get.
I did complain to the manufacture and they stated the zippered up version is not sold anymore, I was like what, I just bought one and you sent me something else?
So do beware what you see if NOT what you get. On a lighter note the topper is very comfortable so I will keep item.

Pleasantly surprised when my order arrived earlier than expected. Somewhat disappointed in the packaging of it, though. My box was half way opened when I got it and it didn't appear that it was brand new (although, the gel foam was well wrapped); the pillow top layer was flimsily packaged. Also, no directions were included; however, based on what I've read, I did put it on correctly. It took about 6 hours for the gel foam to fully expand and about 12 hours for the smell to dissipate. All that aside, I LOVE THIS TOPPER!! It's been the best sleep I've had in my own bed in several months. No more back or hip pain and I feel great when I get up in the mornings! If you're not sure about what type of mattress you want and you're looking for softer support, I recommend you go this route as it's less expensive than buying a mattress you may not like. I'm planning to get one for my guest bedroom as well.

I thought because of the 4in gel memeory foam it would make my matress firm again and cool. Too my surprise I am sleeping better and no sweats. Don't be fooled that u sink into it because it somehow supports u kinda like a hug!! Very happy with the purchase - even though I spent more the I thought I would!

Well I was kinda disappointed opening the box. The gel memory foam is only 2", with the pad cover having another about 2" of some type of cloth filler.
I did read the reviews, so really new this ahead of time.

Maybe a pure 4" gel memory foam pad would have been more comfortable, but this is working well.

I feel like im sleeping on a cloud. It really changes your sleep pattern because it is that comfortable.
Its a hassle to put inside of the cover that comes with it but once its set up, its great. I am a side sleeper and I would wake up with hip pain sometimes. Im no longer using 3 or 4 pillows and Im not experiencing hip pain anymore. I would recommend it to anyone. Planning to buy 4 more for my children.

I was very dissapointed with this topper. The cover that goes over the memory foam has fiberfill sewn into it kind of like baffles. What I found dissapointing was there were spots inbetween the baffles where there was no filling. So you have a soft fill then just two pieces of material. I have another topper and the cover is even with fill. The gel memory foam was good quality in itself too bad the design of the cover was so ill designed. Unfortunately, I had to return this. Too bad the toppers are not on display in the stores.

My only negative on this is the lack of instructions. It is just what I needed to my "new" mattress. New as it was it lacked the softness that I was looking for. Now I am so comfortable and no more back aches. I highly recommend this gel-memory foam mattress topper to those whho are looking for a new bed feel.

I thought I would be basically laying on a cloud with this thing. Ive had it a few weeks and its pretty hard actually. Not at all what I expected. Its not terrible but for $200 for a mattress pad it should be more comfortable.

I purchased this product as a Christmas gift, therefore it has not been used yet. It was a good price for the product, but the packaging it arrived in was poor. It does not come in a "retail" box. It arrived in an ordinary plain brown box that has been battered around. I've had to retape the box so that the mattress isn't falling out of the box. It looks like something I bought at a yard sale. Disappointing as I wanted to give as a gift.

I have always been used to a hard/firm bed and thought I was getting a good nights rest. But the "memory foam" term always had me curious, and instead of purchasing a new memory foam mattress for about a grand, I did a cheap ($200) 4" addition to my bed. Yeah there is a slight funny smell at first, but its natural and harmless. I let mine air out, outside for a few hours before putting it on my bed. It felt funny and soft for the first week...after that it just wraps around my body and Im a new fan of a "soft" bed. Man, was I missing out. Best $200 Ive ever spent considering I spend 1/3 of my day sleeping. After a month of sleeping on it I can now say I really get a good nights rest, and I wake up with a little more energy. I can really tell my body does rest. No negatives what so ever. I really wish I would have purchased this years ago. Just as an addition I also bought a memory foam pillow from Walmart too for about $20 and it just adds too the sleeping experience. Bottom line on this memory foam topper, ITS VERY VERY COMFORTABLE.

We have a gel Tempurpedic bed which we LOVE and wanted to use this option for one that wasnt'. It has a strong odor, and is so soft that is really doesn't give the support or feel of the gel beds. Returned it.
