I bought this because it's great price. I originally bought it for my young children to share but I quickly took it ove and bought them something different. It has amazing HD for a little 7" inch screen! I also downloaded the NOOK application and was able to transfer my NOOK library to this. I haven't tried shopping the BN for books but the feature is available... Wish I had known about this before I asked for the NOOK HD for Christmas... Everything all in one... I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I;m in between on my rating for this product. I literally just bought this last Friday, and today it was running very slow. I went to restart it and now it wont come back on at all. I guess I will be returning it later on today.

Seems to be smooth for what I need... internet, candy crush etc.... Movies stream very clear and smooth as well.... I will def. buy another one when the wife breaks this one, LOL.

This tablet has so many great features for the price! I had a iPad before and had hardly any tablet like features. This tablet plays movies very well. The tablet has great graphics and great speed. It plays games very well. The sound on the tablet is good quality. I am very happy with this tablet an would pick this over a iPad, and samsung over any other brand of android tablet. This is a great tablet!

I've purchased this item as well as the Kindle Fire, and choose this one above other because it has features other did not for cheaper in most cases. The Bluetooth and WIFI were probably the most important. The Android operating system was also a big difference because with this operating system, you can install and run just about anything including the competitors software.
I choose the 7 inch because of its portability, I can easily put it in my pocket, and I can enjoy movies and games at the max for pocket portability.
I purchased it back when it was $259 and I purchased it at its current price of $179 and thought of it at an awesome bargain after having it stolen from my car! I would recommend installing lookout security software since it can be used for free, I only wish I had it installed on my stolen tablet.
Anyways, you wont regret it compared to the competition, if I had bought any other I would always be wondering if I SHOULDVE GOTTEN THIS ONE! Good Luck on your decision!

i like this tablet but the only thing i didnt like about it is that you cannot move apps to sd card to download more apps and i had a 32 GB External sd card and it wouldnt let me move my apps to it

It is a good tablet, I don't use tablets because I have android phone which is better than this one it just has a smaller screen but it cost $400 so for the price Samsung wins, I bought it as a gift for my brother and he likes it, that's good enough for me. It comes with Android 4.1 Jellybean installed. I wanted to buy the new HP Slate 7 tablet but it is not on the market until now but will be very soon, it has faster processor and beats audio for $169.

This is a great tablet but it does have some flaws. It uses an odd 30 pin port to charge and transfer files, and there is no usb port on this tablet. HDMI adapters will not fit this tablet don't know why Samsung decided to make them for the 10 inch version of this tablet but not the.The bloatware on this thing is annoying,and it's not easy to transfer apps to the exteranl sd card.Speakers are awesome. Video is clear and it comes with Jelly Bean already installed. Camreas doesn't have flash but it takes pretty good pictures. The battery life is amazing I have watched 2 full movies,surfed the web,read a book,spent time on fb,and played angry birds which is a battery draining game and still had 52% battery when I put it on charge that night. I would buy this tablet again there are a few flaws but the pluses defiantely out weigh the minuses.

My Nextbook just died so I wanted another tablet. Never really like the Nextbook nor could get used to it. It took me about 2 hrs. to love the Samsung Items loaded easily, easy to type on for a Grandma. I do not need a stylus, as I do with my phone. Great color, connected with my phone hot spot instantly which is something I could not do with the Nextbook that was only 14 months old. It is actually the same price as I paid for the Nextbook. Apps loaded easily.

I love the samsung tablet. I can connect to the internet quickly, play games, watch movies, and also enjoy reading my books on my kindle app. This was a great purchase I had to go buy a second one for my daughter. I purchased the kindle fire hd prior to purchasing the Samsung tablet. This tablet to me is better the the kindle fire hd.
