I purchased the same TV, size and everything 2 years ago for my bedroom. Having a need for another kitchen TV, I bought the same one again. It's a great size for bedroom or kitchen area, and the installation is a breeze to set up. The DVD is easy to use, just pop it in the side, and the movie starts. Not a complicated TV at all. Haven't had any problems with the other one I bought earlier, so in my book that was a great recommendation for buying this one.

Bought this for a family member in a nursing home with limited space. The combo TV/DVD was the perfect choice and the size was ideal for the small available shelf. It could be better if the DVD slot was on the front, but its depth was not much of a problem since the set does swivel on the stand to allow access to the DVD slot on the side.

Many people are saying that the DVD doesn't work. Make sure that you load the DVD correctly. When looking at the front of the TV, the label side needs to be facing away from you. It will not register a DVD, if you put it in backwards. The TV works great!

Happy with our purchase except for one small thing. We use this tv in our exercise room and often only play a DVD for 30-45 min. Sadly, the DVD player doesn't have play back so we always have to search for the spot we left off at. Kind of annoying but not the end of the world.

The DVD player does not work well on this television--not sure if it is just a defect in my tv, or if it is a problem with the set overall. The DVD player will freeze and not move, even with fast forward or reverse.

This TV is ideal for my bedroom. I was apprehensive about the size of the screen, but it is a perfect size. I wanted a TV with a DVD player, so that I can exercise in my bedroom in the mornings and not disturb anyone. The installation was easy, just be sure you order HDMI cables when purchasing the TV.

I initially bought the smaller 22" model for my camping trailer and the built-in dvd player didn't work (as many of the reviews stated). After returning that one I got this larger model and it will work great for my application. The glass tv stand however was shattered upon delivery and had to be returned. I ordered another 26" tv and hopefully the third time is the charm. This is a great value for the price considering Sears has the exact same model for over $100 more than I paid through Walmart.com.
