I would not hesitate to purchase another.

The only issue I had with this purchase is that the TV appeared to have been a previously purchased TV and restocked back on the shelf. The box itself was beat up with the open flap retaped back on. The packaging inside and the clear plastic on the TV was disorganized and was not cleanly put back together. All parts were there and were in good condition, and inspection of the TV showed no scratches or dents, so I decided to keep it.
One of the reasons I ordered online was get a brand new unopened TV because most Walmarts here, you cannot find the item not opened or restocked. I won't order something like this over the internet again.
But the TV works well and I am happy with it. It's got great clarity.

I am a 67 year old lady who knows precious little about electronics. This TV and the remote are very, very user-friendly. I don't need my glasses to see the numbers or words on the remote. I am totally pleased with the picture and sound quality.
Several reviewers complained about the "tinny" sound. That is easily eliminated through choosing your preferences with the remote. The owners manual tells you how to customize the sound, but I found it right away myself through the menu button on the remote. Just go to menu, sound, sound settings, sound mode, and choose a different sound mode. Under USER MODE you can set your OWN preferences by using the remote's arrow keys to change the bass, treble and balance. (I use my TV in a small bedroom and needed only to increase the bass.) Mine was tinny when I first turned it on and in less than two minutes I got it set so that it now sounds like a live person in the room talking to me.
The picture quality and size are easily customized as well.
I love the features on the remote, especially the favorite channel feature because I don't have a set-top in the bedroom for cable TV and don't remember all my favorite channel numbers. Just hit fav when on your favorite channel and it will put a heart icon next to the channel number. Then use the fav+ and fav- button in the future to scroll to your favorite channel.
If I ever need another 19" TV, I'll get THIS model.

I've been hesitant about going out and splurging on one of these big screen plasma lcd TVs. I always thin TVs to be a fad, but apparently they're here to stay. I picked up this baby a few months ago and boy, I can't believe I didn't get one sooner... Nothing like getting home after a hard days work, kicking back on my couch, and watching the game on this beautiful screen. It has a full 720pixel resolution (HD), and everything is absolutely gorgeous. It's incredibly thin, and all of my neighbors are jealous.

The sound quality is as expected. On all thin TVs, the sound suffers, and you need a sound bar for good sound. However, I use wireless headphones with this TV so sound quality is not an issue. Good, clear picture.

Great color and screen, but the sound is a bit tinny. I switch from watching shows on my computer, and then the TV, five feet away and the TV sounds horrible compared to the computer. I wish I could use speakers on the TV, but if I try to 'tune out' the sound it is a good TV

Bought the TV in Dec and by Feb no picture. Would need to turn on and off multiple times before the picture would come in. Some days would need to shut off and try the next day. Complete junk TV - Don't buy.

I purchased this TV for a spare room. The price was good and the picture is ok, but the sound quality is not very good. The screen also was smaller than I was expecting. I think TV screens used to be measured horizontally; now they're measured horizontally, so you lose a couple of inches.
