JVC has the best in camcorders and this new model is exceptional. It is fun and easy to use. Easy to set-up and it takes crystal clear 1080p video. On the top of the camcorder there is a button to take snapshots even when filming video at the same time. Pretty neat. This model is wi-fi so it connects without wires to your iPad and computers. Just load the software included and add the App at iTunes to your iPad or iPod. You do need an SD card for this.
Buy it and enjoy it now. The zoom is awesome and it also has zoom for the voice now as well. The zoom is crisp and steady when using. I zoomed into a neighbor's large bush and I didn't realize a beautiful red cardinal was in it.

I bought the blue one exactly like this one but cannot access it to review it. I have only had it since January and used it twice. I liked it...while it worked. I got it out to video my daughters' first dance recital last week and opened it up to start recording and it made the sound it makes when it turns on but the screen was blank. It was fully charged. It just quit working now that the warranty for service is out. Only 90 days. I am very disappointed and will never buy JVC again.

BEST CAMERA I HAVE EVER OWNED! Pics are so clear it is crazy! Would recommend this for ANYONE! Very easy to use, great features, and love that I can still take pics while video recording!

I ORDERED THIS CAMCORDER, IT WAS DELEVERED BY FEDX THE BOX THE CAMCORDED WAS I HAD BEEN SMASHED. WHEN I GOT THE BATTERY CHARGED I WA LOOKING AT THE MOUNTAINS THEY REALLY LOOK GREAT THROUGH 40X TELESCOPE BUT THEN EVERYTHING GOT REAL, REAL GRAINY EVEN ON PHOTO. I DON'T KNOW IF FEDX BROKE IT OR IT WAS JUST ONE OF THE LIMONS OF THE TRADE. ANY WAY I TOOK IT TO WALMART, NO HASSEL TURNING IT IN. GOT HOME AND ORDERED ANOTHER ONE. GOOD LUCK ALL. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS, JVC DOES MAKE REALLY GOOD STUFF.
