It took 2 weeks for this item to come in. I was worried about what color it would actually be bc I had read some reviews that had me worried it wouldnt look black. But it is black and you can see a very little brown. From far away you only see black. It looks very nice once you get it together. Putting it together was fairly easy but the doors dont work just right. Nothing that would make me take it down and send it back though.

Assembly instructions were easy to follow and everything aligned properly when putting it together. The most difficult part was putting the doors on and getting them adjusted. The quality is decent (it's very sturdy) and it looks better than I thought it would.

I brought this stand last November for my 50' tv. I love this stand. I was skepical of buying it at first but i'm so glad i did. I was worried it would look cheap. I was so surprised how nice it looked they finished building it. It looks really nice in the living room. The directions were easy to follow. It took about an hour to put together. The cabinets are spacious, you can fit alot of movies them. Great stand for a great deal.

This is a very nice tv stand! It is very sturdy and went together very easily. No parts missing, nothing damaged during shipping. I really like the glass doors especially! It looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture than it actually cost. I have never been disappointed with anything made by Sauder that I have purchased in the past, which is the number one reason why I felt confident to purchase this tv stand! It arrived at the store a week earlier than it was supposed to for pick up. All in all this was a very good experience from shopping on the internet, to satisfaction with the shipping, the help I received at the store in loading it in my car and putting together the tv stand myself at home.

I had it shipped site to store. Shipping took a bit longer than it usually does with this service so I was concerned there was an issue. It came on the end of the first quoted shipping period but that is acceptable.
The unit is standard press board construction with exception of the doors. They feel really solid. Nice thick piece of glass was used and the knobs are good as well. The construction tolerances were not the best with this piece. Some pre drilled holes did not line up perfectly but it went together ok. The back panels that are held together with little metal pegs and did not fit tightly so there was a gap but when the unit is together its in the back so you can't see it. There were some tiny chips or finish missing from corner pieces but that is normal for this type of stuff. Use those little furniture touch up markers you can get them at any home improvement store in paint section.
It took me around an hour and a half to put together and I was just taking my time. When you lay the pieces out it looks more complicated than it is so don't worry. The only issue I had was the bottom front has decorative rounded bottom. In the form of 3 hard cardboard pieces that bend into place to form the contours of the bottom front. The left and middle one went in without much trouble. The right one did not seem to line up correctly and i had to bend it more to make it fit and it snapped in half. So I had to use electrical tape to fix that piece. I would also recommend extending the door hinges a little before you install the hinged doors onto the unit. They lined up better that way.
The good news is the next morning I contacted the manufacturer (Sauder) and told them what happened. They are shipping me a replacement piece free of charge! So have no fear if something is missing or broken they are a good company.
We used it to hold a 50" LED TV and its almost as wide as the stand but it seems really sturdy. The inside has adjustable shelving which is great. you can set it up for whatever components you have. I have only two wires behind the stand now all the other cabling is hidden inside which i like. There's plenty of room for games DVD's etc.
Overall I would purchase again. I was being very careful with the construction but with these delicate pieces its easy to break or lose something.

This TV stand was exactly what I expected. I normally hesitate to buy furniture online but this one was exactly as pictured. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and I was able to put it together in a reasonable amount of time. Great TV stand! it's a nice solid piece of furniture.. The TV stand is larger then I expect and heavier too.. But it's a beautiful piece, the reason I only gave this stand 4 star is because the doors were difficult for me to put on do to the spring adjustments... But still a great buy.

This tv stand is being used in my basement for a 47" tv. I am overall happy with the stand for the money but wish the height of it was a bit higher. Can be a bit difficult to assemble. Box heavy..have a handyman handy or you'll still be assembling.

All parts were in the box and no parts were damaged or scratched. Delivery, site-to-store, was very simple and it arrived earlier than expected. It looks good assembled, sturdy. My only complaint is that the assembly required over 2 hours and was somewhat difficult, so be prepared for some frustration there. Happy with the finished result.
