This is my first real Android phone, after having an Iphone for quite sometime. I have to say, I like the android better. But You ideally do get what you pay for. Its a great device, has a nice camera, good battery and very is customizable. You WILL NEED INSURANCE of some kind. After buying, awhile later I discovered its issues. Apps constantly open for no reason. The 3G/4G internet is picky about working. You rarely will receive picture messages. Sometimes texts won't send at all until you restart your phone. Cannot write a text more than 1 page long because the text will be received with an upside down question mark in between every letter of every word. Recently, the unlock button isn't working, or the screen is glitching. You can click the unlock button to light up, or to unlock your phone, but the screen stays black no matter how many times you push it. But eventually, it will glitch and show you the screen again. All in all, It is a good starting phone if your looking to upgrade from something much cheaper.

I wouldnt recommend this phone to nobody. The battery dies every thirty minutes. Have of the time im not using the phone, just leaving it sitting there. The phone is cute and everything, but its just not me. I left the house with 100% was gone for 15 minutes and the battery percent was 55%.

I love this phone. For the price, this is the best Virgin Mobile phone available. I had the V before this and this phone blows the V away. I paid over 100 for it a year ago and I'm still very happy with it. My family and I own 4 of them. If you get it, you should also get the 'Minutes Checker Free' app that lets you check your remaining minutes from your phone. Love love love this phone for the price.

Had an excellent buying experience with walmart.com. The phone has filled my needs and works perfectly. My only concern is that the battery life is not what I had hoped, but it does seem to charge quickly.

Just purchased the Virgin Mobile LG Optimus Elite for $59.99 at Walmart.com and added a $5.00 2-yr. warranty. Great buy for a Smart Phone. Very easy to use. Delivery was sooner than expected. The phone comes preloaded with apps. Display is clear and visible in bright outdoor light vs. other more expensive smart phones that you need to shade to see what's on the screen. Texting is easy. Sound quality is excellent. Takes great pictures and has a flash, too. Video is simple. Fully charged within 30 mins. out of the box w/new battery.
Great no-contract smart phone deal. Definitely recommend buying this phone. For this sale price it's worth it.

Ive had two got april 2013 both wouldn't activate to my virgin mobile account only works with phone airtime cards if bout from walmart ive had one from my carrier vm calls sound lick robots and wouldn't conect to previous download apps list even though google account linked to phone corectly whin select google play go.s to white page whith two tabs one for apps one for games acoseated with my google account whin toch tabs takes me to google play lick never download ever so I can't recommend this lg phone but others are good lick lg optomus v walmart sells or git kycerara rise also sold buy walmart git ether always read reviews first before buying

Wanted a simple smart phone that I could use for no contract Virgin Mobile plan. Easy to order, arrived within a few days and simple to set up. No issues with the phone, but it is delicate, so need to get a cover asap. Battery lasts for 2 days with several phone calls made.

This is a really nice phone the sleekness reminds me of an ipod touch. The only thing I hate about this phone is the keyboard. It is not true to swype if you use it. The pictures come out really clear being that it it has flash on it. I will probably be keeping it for no longer than 6 months because i want to upgrade to an iphone. It is a nice size a little larger than standard androids. I love it

My daughter purchased this phone twice in 3 days. The phone takes 2+minutes to start up each time it is turned on. The phone (straight out of the box) will not connect to the internet, constantly gives error codes and requires the user to update their profile. Each time an error code is given, you must remove the battery to get the phone to restart. We have owned several LG phones with no problems but this one is junk. If you do purchase this phone, save your receipt and buy the warranty because you will need it.

Android phones are intended to be left on, or placed in standby. It is normal for an Android phone to take quite a bit of time to boot - it is after all, a computer.

I was searching for a new phone for my daughter for Christmas, since her old phone was giving her problems. Even though her old phone was more then double in price, I thought if she did not like her new phone I would keep it for myself. She loves her Virgin Mobile Optimus Elite I am surprised how great the videos look, how fast to connect to the internet and downloading apps are quicker than my tablet. Now I am going to get a Optumus Elite phone. This is great phone for such a low price.

I've used Virgin Mobile as my provider for about 4 years now, and this is the best phone I've had so far. Decent battery life, doesn't freeze up, decent camera and video. It works well for apps like Facebook and E-mail for when I'm away from home, and I use the GPS option a lot. It's been very helpful in a lot of situations and I haven't had an issue with it :).
