Just got this yesterday for a new iPhone 4s and fits perfectly. In the store, it's labeled as an "Edge" model by Incipio made for the 4/ 4s iPhone.

Very comfortable on the hands, easy to hold the phone for long periods of talking or just plain using. I had sore fingers prior to installing this while holding the phone for a 30 minute call. Now this smooth edge can be held all day long.
Non-slip yet not silicone, silicone seems flimsy, this is a very tight cover. Better than a standard hard case in that if you place the phone on a non level surface, it will not slide off like a cheap plastic cover will. It does have a silicone feel to it but apparently is polycarbonate.
Great to have if you have butter fingers or your hands get oily quick, prevents you from dropping your phone. Difficult to get on, it is not coming off! That's OK, it will NOT be falling off on it's own, does NOT come off without a struggle, but that's what I want.
Feels like it made by Porshe! Perfect fit.

This is my second Edge Pro Case. The first one shattered in the corner after the upteenth drop by my children and protected my $400 investment (my iphone 4). I'm so happy to find the case again and know that it will seemlessly form to my iphone and protect it from bad drops.
The case is in two parts that snap together, so there is no sliding into holding grooves, or stretching parts to put the phone in. You have direct access to your side buttons (no silicone buttons - no silicone anywhere for that matter).
It's a great case when you forget it is even there.
