A pleasant surprise, considering the low cost of this patio umbrella. However, I was expecting an instruction booklet on how to tilt the umbrella and what to do for maintenance or get warranty service, but none shipped in carton.

The price was definitely right. It was a nice umbrella for the price, good value. I go through these umbrellas every 3 years due to fading or the wind takes them and paying $100-150 is disappointing when they fade or break.

I purchased 3. One Black, Green and Blue. Mine get destroyed every summer during storms. For $39.00 these are geat. They tilt. They are steel not wood. They are 9ft not 7ft.

The umbrella was needed because one I bought elsewhere only last year, for almost twice the amount, had a wooden shaft, which became swollen from rainwater and actually broke in half as it was being put into the table after indoor winter storage. It also appears to have a better mechanism. I anticipate that it will last much longer than the previous one.

I guess others were lucky with this product. The price was low enough that it stayed OUT OF STOCK and when I got the color I settled for the Umbrella tilt section was broken so that it would only tilt..... When I returned it to order another......OUT OF STOCK! I Had to buy at a higher price...

I do love this umbrella, I would purchase it again, the only problem I had was I ordered a Hunter Green one and an Olive Green one, but I was shipped two Hunter Green umbrella's, I liked them so much, I decided to keep both of them an order an Olive Green one another day.

Sturdy and good color. It's easy to crank open and tilt. Only complaint is that you can't strap the umbrella closed around the poll.

I was leary of this umbrella because it was considerably cheaper than all other stores. My idea was to get it and see how it looks. Well, it looked very nice and seems to be just what I need for this summer. I don't know yet how long it will last but it looks very nice and is a good size for the price. The handle is a little flimsy (could be more solid/strong) but I can't be picky because it works!

I purchased this umbrella after fully reading the description and reviews. The umbrella is listed as 108 inches in diameter (9 ft), unfortunately it's not a true 9 ft umbrella and is actually 106 inches. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, however I only needed a new frame to go with my existing cover. My existing cover is much more substantial and is a true 108 inches, so it is too big for the frame. Poor description on Walmart's behalf, so back it went.
