I brought the printer home and had HP help me set it up by phone. What an amazing experience. They helped me download newer drivers from the website as this is an older printer. I plugged the printer into my home WiFi and can now print wirelessly!

This would have been a breeze to install had I not had Windows 8. Is anything easy with Windows 8? So far the printer and I are getting along just fine. I haven't tried out all of it's features yet but I'm happy thus far.

Have not used the printer much yet, but installation was quick and easy. Have not had any problems accessing it through our home network. Even on 'draft' mode, the print is clear and looks good.
This exact model may be being discontinued...I got it at less than half the original price, making it an excellent value.

It was very easy to set up with no problems i have had problems with other printers in the past but this one no problems it prints nicely and fast very good pictures, ink is cheap i recommend a hp in all printers.

This was easy to set up and works great. I bought the one that needs connecting because I have an old desktop computer that is not wireless, and I have a wealth of family pictures on it. It prints pictures much faster than my old printer.

Makes some strange noises, while idle .sounds like the scanning head is trying to move, has not impaired functionality. This printer replaced an unit almost identical, except for wireless networking. that one lasted for 3 years., before the scanner failed.

I have used HP printers for decades, and after the problems I have had with the 4500 and the response I received from HP technical support, I will NEVER purchase another HP product of any kind again. The printer constantly goes off-line and then on-line. I have to refresh the print spooler (Windows) to get anything to print from my XP machine. On my Windows 7 laptop, the HP software can't even find the printer on the wireless network. And now the thing has decided that my print cartridge is incompatible (one purchased from Costco and then refilled by Costco). This after the refilled cartridges worked fine. So be warned. This thing is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever had the misfortune to purchase.

This All-in- Printer is very good. You only have to take time and learn to operate it. I never had or used a Fax before, so I am still learning to use it. As one reviewer had said that if you want to use the glass to scan or print an item using the glass, you just have to be careful raising the cover as it can slip out. It hapenned to me, as at the left side it is just a little something holding it in place. I was about taking it back to Walmart, but I checked, nothing was broken just need a little TLC when raising the cover. Other than that, I would recommend it. Audrey
