This cd player lasted us 1 yr...that is it. Kids do not play with it. Used by adults only and CD player only. Complete bust. CD player just stopped working, started again, and then stopped. May it forever RIP.

This CD player works very well, especially for the money. If you don't have a lot of money to spend this one will do the job. I have had this for 3 months and everything works fine.

Quality is very low and reception is horrible. A lot of static when trying to get a station even with the antenna cable out and in clear line of sight out the window. I would have rather spent more money to get a better quality one elsewhere.

This player looks good and works well. I bought it for my child for Christmas. The only real problem is that it makes a static noise when not playing. It has survived my kid so it's durable!

I wanted this to play my cd's in whatever room I choose to use it. I move it with me. This is just what I expected and am happy with it. If you want room pounding sound you better buy something bigger.

This is a great little unit, with surprising clarity for it’s size. The highest volume is sufficient to carry through one room or perhaps into another, but the kids will not overwhelm the whole house when the volume is on high. This is my second unit and it has not even been turned on yet. Both CD players were purchased with a sales price and delivered quickly and safely. I am pleased so far with the first one I purchased and keep it near my living room and computer table.

Radio worked but I had to guess while tuning in stations because there was no digital readout as to what station I was tuning in. When I tried to play a CD the machine never turned the disk. At least it was easy to return the item back to a local store.

For the price, it wasn't a bad deal on this portable unit. However, I was disappointed because the specifications indicated it came with a telescopic antenna but that wasn't in the box. Instead, there's a thin wire coming out of the unit which I think is supposed to act as the antenna. Subsequently, the reception isn't great and I can't tune in to my favorite jazz station. Also, the CD player makes a very loud "whirring" noise which takes away from the music you are playing. I can't turn the volume too loud as I'm using it at work. Also the LED screen has a permanent logo "8.8" glued to it so you can't visually find the station you're looking for. All in all, the sound is good on the radio stations I am able to tune to, and I don't plan to use the CD player very often, so it suits my purposes and the price was right.
