We had the old bubble back tv still and it was starting to turn pink so we knew it was time for a new tv and we were so excited to get a flatscreen finally, we went to our local walmart and they had this tv marked down to 490.00 wow what a deal. And we decided to buy the extended 3 yr warranty for the extra 44.00 (just in case) even covers normal wear and tear. We are very happy with our new Vizio TV. And we have had a bubble back for so long, that this is like being at the theatre. Thank you Walmart.

2 weeks out of warranty, and tv goes black, looked up issue online and its very common with their tvs. costs more to fix than to replace. i will never buy another vizio product.

I bought this TV about 3 months ago, so I've had some time to completly try out the TV. The picture quality is amazing. I have a 32” Samsung 1080p and the Vizio has a better picture quality. I was expecting a little lower quality because of the price, but that isn’t the case. You can view it from almost any angle. There are a lot of features on the Tv as well, like being able to name your inputs. Makes it easier for multiple connections. It only has two HDMI inputs which is the minimum at this day in age. It does however have a lot of other connection options. Like most TV’s the sound quality is subpar. but I paired it with a 32” soundbar with subwoofer and it perfect. The sound quality isn’t terrible but it could be better. Overall it is a great TV. I haven’t had a single problem with it.

I kind of hesitated about buying a TV online but having to care for a disable person and figuring out how to get this TV home were matters of concern for me. So I bit the bullet and ordered and it arrived when the email said it would, the Fed-EX employee was very kind and careful with my TV. My nephew came in and set it up and I couldn't be happier. When he connected the high def cable and for the first time having it my home was just unbelievable!! When you have vision problems and having high def makes watching TV enjoyable again! I would tell anyone who wanted a great TV to try the Vizio. When I saw it had won the JD Powers award that made my mind up for me. So thanks for having that on your website too!

This is our second VIZIO, first one was fine, Now hey don't come with a manual and vizio expects you to use your computer to download and pint it, If you don't have a computer and printer go to a library, there excuse is ther going greener, Never will buy another VIZIO, Don't recommend anyone else to either.

After having an LD that lasted only 4 years and a Samsung that also lasted only 4 years, I did a little research on my next TV. I found that Vizio was highly rated and Consumer Report thought highly of them as well. Their picture quality compared to other like TV's seemed to be much better. It is early to say if Vizio will stand the test of time, but I certainly expect more than 4 years from a TV purchase. Remember when they lasted 20 years?

I have had a very high quality JVC 35" tube TV since the mid-1980s. This is a major improvement over that set. The picture quality is amazing. It is a totally different experience to watch movies at home. The Vizio was set up at the store next to a Samsung which was an excellent basis for comparison. With more than a $200 difference in price there was no significant difference in the images on the screen. Vizio is definitely the way to go.

Before my purchase, I had done some research and this Visio TV was recommened by many sources. My experience with Walmart & its delivery service was excellent & the product was received undamaged.
