I purchased this TV and mounted it in the kitchen. Received it under a week along with its wall mount. I hooked it up using coaxial, so I can't really grade the quality on other connections. Using standard cable or antenna the picture is awesome for the little TV. There is a good brightness to it and I see no pixelation at all. The size is perfect where it's not too small and not too big either.
The sound is pretty good, but could be improved with better speakers. I like how the speakers are directed at you so you can enjoy the sound better. It takes time to get the right settings, but eventually you are able to get a custom sound to your taste. In average, I use a volume at level 30 and I listen to everything loud and clear. What I mean by improving the sound quality is that some commercials kick in and will get you annoyed easily.
As an extra, the TV even looks like my living room Sony Bravia and that is a PLUS.

Five stars except features; when changing channels, the number is VERY small. Hard to see channel number when in the kitchen; is impossible to see now that is has been wall mounted in the spare bedroom. The last negative, other reviewers also mentioned is the wall mount that was part of the package deal, blocked where the cable screws on. Yep it does, but five minutes with a hack saw took care of that problem. Now the TV itself is a fantastic unit. With a quality sound that is extremely good for a 19" flat screen. Great picture too. Our second Vizio.

I wanted a tv for my studio work room. I didn't want anything huge, just something that would give me the option of having access to television programing. Great picture, great sound for my purposes. This is my 2nd Vizio tv. I have a larger version, of the same tv, in another room. Great quality! Make sure you check out the custom settings in the setting application, within the menu, for better customized performance.

Perfect TV for a bedroom or kitchen

Light, sleek and very stable. Great sound and picture and such a huge improvement over the monster we had in the bedroom that this replaced. This 19" replaced a 21" (Bottom left corner to top right corner) old-school style TV. The width of the 19" screen is exactly the same but top to bottom you lose about 2-1/2 inches. However, the footprint of this Vizio gave us about a foot and half of space back on the dresser and you really don't feel like there is any less viewing area. This TV came with a free wall mount for up to a 39" TV which was a nice part of the offer even though we won't be using it on this unit.

I researched this TV and people love it. Of over 300 Walmart buyers 95% recommend it to friends. The icing on the cake is their tech support is in USA. OMG! The tech support person told me how to get picture to fill whole screen. He was very competent ant it was quick. I don't think you could do better for this size TV and at this price. All this same TV's on ebay were OPEN BOX, missing something, and not warranted and at the same price as Walmart's closed box brand new!!!

Good quality, inexpensive set for my office. My second small Vizio product -- I bought this one based on my satisfaction with the first. As Sony's 'value' line, I suspect that the product's likely quite similar to Sony-branded sets though without the price premium paid for the Sony name.

I bought this for our kitchen and it works perfectly in there. Its nice that it doesnt really have a stand which makes it perfect for sitting on the counter and the fact that you cant see the wires behind it. Picture quality is good for the price and the sound is pretty good too. I would definitely recommend this for the same use.

I had purchased an 'Emerson 19" for my kitchen. The sound quality was poor. Had to turn the volume up to 90+. I exchanged it for a Vizio 19", which was cheaper and has a much better sound quality. It's sounds a little "walky-talky", but at least you can hear it!

I wanted a small tv to mount in the corner of a room. This is perfect. Was a great deal, especially when bundled with the wall mount. Good picture and remote control is just fine. My ONLY gripe is there is no clock display. it has sleep timer, but no clock showing the current time.

This TV has all the standard features of a modern HDTV at a low price point. The sound strikes me as better than average for a small, inexpensive receiver.
I use it use to watch the 'house' channels I create in my home, so the TV is connected via coax for HiDef reception via ATSC.
I was hoping that the USB port would have the ability to show video content, but it's limited to still images and music.

I've only used this TV for a few days, but I am favorably impressed with it so far. The picture is excellent. The on-screen adjustments are easy to use and let you adjust your preferences easily. The sound comes out the front, which is good. I've been using the "simulated surround-sound" setting. While it really doesn't sound at all like real surround-sound, it's more than adequate. We haven't attached the articulating wall mount yet. Paying $128. for both the TV and the wall mount was an outstanding value!
