After being jerked around by Walmart on a couple of similar sets, we wound up with a good working Refurb TV with an excellent picture and good sound for a flat screen TV. We own four Vizio pproducts now and are more then happy with the quality and cost.

Purchased this model last year, also as a refurbished. Within 4 months the set had a black vertical line down the middle of the tv. Called Vizio to see if it was under warranty and was told refurbished only have 90 days. Asked if they could service, stated they could send me out a refurbished replacement for $250.00. Seemed high as this is what I paid for it. Checked with a local repair shop and was told they are not serviceable, throw away set. Last time I purchase refurbished! I know, you get what you pay for.
I have another Vizio I had purchased prior to this one, retail new, and it is still working fine. The picture is adequate, but the sound is poor. I had to purchase a sound system to understand what was going on.

The product is good, but I was shocked when I came from work and saw the TV outside of my apartament. Its a high traffic area and anyone could have taken it. I think that you should be specific when items are delivered. At least require a signature. I won't buy online at Walmart again.

I purchased two of these refurbished TVs for two college students. I thought it would be a good way to save a little money. Unfortunately only one of the two would work when connected to cable with the coax. The really disappointing part is that it cost me $40 to return the TV to the refurbishment center. The TV that works is fine. I am waiting for the replacement and hope it arrives for Christmas and that it works.

I was looking for a good price on a Vizio tv and saw this refurbished one and decided to give it a try. I am very pleased with the quality of the tv. I've had it about 2 months now and it has just done great. Picture is beautiful and I thought at first the sound was not going to be good, but it has done well.

Every TV in my house is a Vizio refurb, so I went for another to get my parents. Usually I buy from Vizio or Woot. This one from Walmart came with a ding in the screen and the remote only works from 3 feet or less away. Big dud...

this is my second Vizio 321...IN LESS THAN 4 MONTHS!!!!!! Picture is excellent at first. I have HD hooked to it. After it heats up, little arrowheads like computer cursors start to pop up. 1 at first then 2 then 3 acrossed the bottom of the screen. After watching for awhile, the picture starts to fade in and out. The 2nd one I have now that replaced the other, I haven't even had a week. Thought maybe its the new Joey from Dish Network might be bad so I switched to the other Joey I have in the living room..It wasn't Dish Network.. I have a Vizio LED and not a problem, but this one is junk..Returning it tomorrow. NOT going to try a 3rd one

I bought two of these as I had been pretty fortunate with other refurbished products. Both tvs have serious problems. After a certain time the picture pixilates and a horrible scrrech comes from the speakers. The tv then automatically shuts off. This happens about three times after we turn the tvs on. It's distracting at best and nerve-wracking at worst. Spend the money on a new tv, or at the very least, the warranty. We didn't, and the problems manifested after the limited 90 day warranty. I've bought new Vizios with no problems, but I'll never buy refurbished from them or Wal-mart again.
