I don't have a problem with Suave products most of the time. This shampoo, however, did not do what I expect a shampoo to do: clean. It left my hair heavy and it didn't feel clean between washes. I tried it for 2 weeks and couldn't take it anymore. It could be because I have finer hair but I've used smoothing shampoos before without the heaviness. So, back to the store I went to get a different kind.

I take a lot medication and my hair becomes dry and this product seams to helps with putting moisture back into my hair and gives it a softer feel.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!!! I’ve tried using many other shampoos on my kinky curly hair and my hair would be a dried out/ tangled mess. I was so frustrated with shampoos that I opted for co-washings instead. It was by chance that while I shopping in a Wal-Mart, I found myself in the shampoo aisle and after reading the label decided to give this a try. Let me tell you I was NOT disappointed! It has great slip & I am able to detangle my hair with ease. Together with the conditioner, these are my miracle in a bottle!!!

I have tried so many shampoo's looking for one that would leave my hair silky and shiny and this is it. I have been trying the shampoo's that are $30 even and nothing compares to this. My hair is color treated - I saw the reviews for the color version which weren't as high so I decided to give this a try. My hair is normally dull and frizzy - it is so sleek and shiney I can't believe it. I have always had to wash my hair every day and the next day is still looks great and is still sleek and shiney. I am just so amazed at this and for $2.74 OMG. I had never tried Suave before but was getting desperate - I never thought something so cheap would be that good on my hair - man was I wrong. I had even tried the ones on the infomercials. I would highly recommend and will recommend to my friends.

Great for a Suave Product

I have never used Suave products before except when I was younger and I didn't even like it then. When I heard about this stuff I was a little skeptical about it considering I've never liked Suave products. However, my opinion changed when I discovered my mom uses the Suave professional line for curly hair and her hair looks great every single day.
So I decided to try this.
First: The bottle isn't very pretty but I guess it's whats on the inside that counts :)
Second: This stuff smells great. It reminds me of the scent "Twilight Woods" from Bath and Body Works. So if you like that, you'll love this shampoo (conditioner, and leave in).
Third: I'm happy I found a product containing Keratin in it that doesn't cost a fortune. Organix has a brazilian Keratin treatment but it's about 5-7$ a bottle, and it's not easy to find. Miracle 7 also makes shampoo, conditioner, and a leave in conditioning spray that has Keratin in it, but each of those bottles cost 13$ and they're pretty small, so it's not like they don't last long.
Last: I wash my hair at night so I don't have to blow dry it in the morning. Usually when I do this my hair looks frizzy and I have lots of fly-aways. However, I woke up this morning and my hair looked more sleek and less frizzy than ever before. And last night was my FIRST night using it!
In conclusion, this product is great. The fact that it's low in cost is even better
WARNING: I suggest buying this at Wal-Mart instead of any other store; I found some at my local Publix and it was atleast 2$ more than at Wal-Mart. I don't know how much it costs in a drug store, but Wal-mart has a low price for this.
I think I will try the 30-Day smoothing kit too.
