Keeps my son busy for hours. We put water in both sides since our son is too young for sand. It had drain plugs on the bottom of both sides making it versatile for water or sand.

I bought this for my niece (1 yo) and nephew (3 yo). They love it! They're both small for their age, so the adjustable legs are great. So far they've used it just with water. It was great to use indoors, as my nephew likes to pour water from one container to another, and this allows him to do that without getting water all over the floor. It's also great outdoors, and the umbrella shades them pretty well. Only downside is that the umbrella doesn't seem to latch in very well, so they always take it out when they're done playing.

I purchased this sand and water table for my son's first birthday and it was a BIG hit! Him as well as my 3 yr old little girl both love it! I even had my 5 yr old and 9 yr old niece here when we set it up and they were all playing with it. It was such a good deal with the toys, umbrella and drain plugs on both sides to be on sale for only $54. I would highly recommend this product even at the regular price. They will love this product even as they grow since it is adjustable... Which to me, is the best part about it besides it keeping my kids occupied!

This is a nice table and exactly what I expected. My almost two year old doesn't get the concept of playing with water and sand together, so it turned into a watery mess. We decided to keep it all sand for now and she loves it. The umbrella is nice and the cover is air tight. Ship to store was easy and we saved money from buying at toys r us.

This was the perfect gift! We purchased for our 27 mo old grandson & he absolutely adores it! We set it up on our townhouse patio... the perfect spot. He played with it for 2 hrs straight & when we finally brought him inside, he put up a fuss. The table came with a couple of little boats that float & we ordered a "double water wheel" from Amazon which was a big hit also - fits the table perfectly. We felt sand would not be suitable for him at his age, so we filled both sides with water.... he loved it. The only problem is that it leaks very slightly on one side, but nothing drastic... Not enough to warrant the trouble of returning. We did the ship to store method. A great product. Have a drill handy, as it is difficult using just a screwdriver to assemble... We positioned the legs at the tallest position - perfect for our 27 mo old who is average height.... table comes to waist level (where his belly button is). Easy to empty the water out.... we just tipped the table to empty & didn't bother with the plugs. Wiped it out with a towel & then put on the top for next time use. The umbrella is a nice feature also, though it might be a problem on a windy day. So glad we purchased this particular table.

So far so good. We are using it only as a water table and with the crazy weather it has yet to make it outside but being used inside as a race track without the water! The umbrella and table both appear sturdy. Nice that the legs adjust for little and bigger kids.

We bought this for our 18 month old son and he loves it. It's the perfect height for him, set up was very easy and I love that it has a cover so animals and bugs won't get into it. The umbrella is removable which is nice because it can get in the way a bit. It's also very easy to drain the water and clean up.

The small children in the family love this activity. They play with it, leave it and then go right back playing in the sand. Even the smallest children want to get in the water and sand. Grandma now needs to get one too. We are going to get two more.

What a Fun Toy for Little Ones

I purchased the Step2 Adjustable Sand and Water Table for my grandson. I chose this model because it has a lid and adjustable legs.
Shortly after putting the table together, we had a great deal of rain; the lid kept most of the rain out, but there was a very little leakage. It is not problem for us because we use one side for colorful balls and the other side for water. When my grandson gets a little older, we will put sand in the other side. The table is sturdy, but lightweight. It is the perfect height for my very tall 11-month old grandson - and the legs adjust 4 inches, so he should get a few years use from this table.
The umbrella is cute and a nice feature for sunny days. Two to four young children can easily play at this table at the same time.

My grandsons love this sandbox, they put their chair up to the sandbox and really enjoying playing with their little cars in the sand. I have not put water in it yet, too cool of weather. I put sand on both sides. My grandsons are 1, 3, and 4. It is a must to have a shovel for all of them.

Easy to assemble. My son loves it and now it is referred to as the "mud" table. I really like the fact there are drain plugs on both sides since water will get into both sides - because of play.
My son even takes the lid off and puts back on himself - and hooks in tie down himself.
Does not hold a lot of sand - only about a 1/4 of a bag of play sand you buy at the store.

The holes were the screws was suppose to go to secure the legs. Was not there I had to cut it out myself for me to drill the screws in. Everything else was perfect.
