The keyboard arrived damaged but still worked. For the most part I have not had problems with this refurbished unit and would recommend it. I only rated a 4 because on a few occassions it froze up and the keyboard and mouse stopped working. I had to completely unplug it to get it to power down because even the power button on the CPU didn't work. A few other times just the keyboard stopped working and just restarting or shutting down the computer would not bring it back. Once again after trying everything the only thing that would work was to completely unplug the who cpu from the outlet. This has happend about 3 times in 2 months.

If you are on a budget, this desktop is great. It's fast & preloaded with windows 7 home premium,-vs buying a New computer with the questionable windows 8. I took it to my local computer shop & had them transfer the data from my old desktop (windows xp) to this new one. I'm very satisfied.

I purchased these two CPU’s:
HP Refurbished Black DC5850 Desktop PC
HP Refurbished DC5850 Small Form Factor
HP Refurbished DC5850 Small Form Factor
Both CPU’s were packed well and arrived as scheduled. The CPU’s took about 20-minutes to be up and running.
I purchased the CPU’s for the wife and me. It is our way of keeping up with the software from work. I like the compacted tower and the huge hard drives and memory.
I have not had any problems over the last few days. It came with a brand new keyboard and mouse. They feel a little lightweight and cheap but, overall a great value for the money

This is a great little computer for home or small business. Run great and come on very fast and run good. The price is very reasonable for the what this computer can do. This is a great product for anyone needing a computer without alot of monry to spend. It has was Window 7 Premium which great and all the other features work great also. I loaded Office 2010 on it without any problems.

got it home and didn't work at all.. was so disappointed. but the warrenty people were get and very helpful. i did site to store shipping so no charge for shipping and i loved that i had no trouble receiving or returning my product to walmart store. in fact had received product sooner than orig. told.while i had trouble with this one, reordered another and have had it about a week and so far no troubles.

... and so far I couldn't be happier. The computer arrived in great shape and worked right out of the box. The only issues I've had so far have nothing to do with the computer itself. I had a devil of a time getting the driver to my printer to work but got it straightened out. The other thing was my previous OS was Windows XP and I'm starting to think that Windows 7 is a downgrade.
Outlook Express and organizing files and photos and were much better in XP than in Windows 7. While not perfect, a switch to Thunderbird for email was an improvement. I guess I'm stuck with Windows 7's photo organizer.
But like I said, no problems with the computer itself. I'm think that my next computer just might be a refurb too.

I'm really surprised for a refurbished computer that it looked so nice, and of course I tested everything right away, allworking just fine. It's true just hook it up and go. With the windows 7 and the cost for just that upgrade would be the same price I paid for the system, it's a great bargin. I connected it to my wifi, (just had to buy an extra long ethernet cable) and it worked didn't matter that it didn't have a wireless card. Works great, not slow either.

The only problem with this unit is the user. The case is in excellent shape, you can't tell it's been used. This is not the computer for the the teckie, but is great for personal use.
