Poor Instructions

While this router may be fine for someone who has networking knowledge, for the lay person, it was extremely difficult to set up with a secured connection. I sent it back and got a more user friendly router.
The instructions got me far enough to set up an unsecure connection, but if you don't know anything about encryption settings, you cannot get any further. The company's website did not provide any useful information and had no information to contact them for support.
I managed to completely mess up the settings on my computer while trying to figure out this router. It was a nightmare and I would not recommend this product at all unless you are a networking professional.

I could not activate this router because there was no password. The real problem was made worse since Cnet does not give a cusomert service phone number. I checked on-line and there is no customer service phone number for them available....that stinks. I returned this un-workable reouter and got a blekin one and am very happy. Not Walmart's fault.....Cnets!!! Walmart was and remains very helpful!

its' a great router.
People who don't know how to set it up just don't have a basic knowledge of TCP/IP internet protocol.
