Excellent glove for a smallish 8 year old player

Excellent glove for a smaller, somewhat timid, 8 year old. It is a very light glove and the buffalo leather is much softer than cowhide requiring little or no break-in period. Last year, my grandson used the 10.0" model of the same glove. We were very pleased with his increased confidence and the significant improvement in his catching ability. When it came to a new glove this year, his primary interest was in the same model in the next size up. I highly recommend this product. Next year, we will probably be purchasing the 11.0" model!
