MLB The Show is simply a great sports game. I play all the major sports video games, and I think this game has the most realistic graphics of any of them. If you like baseball, this is a great game, and has improved from the past years. At Walmart's price, it is truly a bargain.

Too predictable

I found this game to be a lot of fun at first. However, it soon became too predictable. The game forces slumps on you. When you are in a slump it does not make any difference on how well you time or make contact with the ball. It will be an out. You will lose your power, the ball will be hit directly to an opposing player or you will make an out in some other fashion. Once you have played the game enough to predict when this will happen (like after a 2 HR game) it becomes very frustrating.

MLB 12 Is once again the best Baseball game for any system. While there may be some
flaws, (although I haven't encountered any yet) it stands way above any other baseball
game. It is awesome for online play (although you should practice before taking on any
human opponents) and I can't think of anything bad to say about the game overall. Many
hours of great baseball play. If you get this game, you won't be sorry.

Bought at $20 off regular price. Own MLB11 and this MLB12 worth the upgrade. Added new batting and pitching leaving all prevoius options in game in case you like the previous options. Skill level settings allow a noticeable change so you can set batting for example to level that actually makes it easier and more fun. Move is now fully support in regular game play - I do not have move so can't comment on how it plays. Graphics are upgrded was already great in older version sharper in this one. Would recommend buying.

Overall this game is great. There has been many additions to the game which overall make it better than the older MLB the shows. I have one concern for this game, the hitting is still impossible on road to the show and it makes it hard to have fun
