I purchased this product because of my reluctance to buy maternity clothes. Thanks to this product, I can wear my clothes longer. It is confortable as well. I haven't tried any others, so I can't make any comparisons for you. Sorry!
I ordered the size 3, trying to be safe since my clothing size is usually between 12 and 14. I have some extra space in the back, but it still works. I'm going to keep the 3 and order a size 2 as well.

This was my favorite belly band while i was pregnant. i tried 2 different ones and this one was so soft and comfortable. they all get a little warm, so it's not just this one..
I didn't buy mine from walmart. i bought mine from babybeminematernity.com (shipping was cheaper)
i got a size 2 and it fit great. normal pants size was 9.
