This was a waste of $200! I purchased this phone for my teenage son who passed it on to his father; but there have been issues with it from the beginning. Now it won't take a charge and has died so we are having to find some support to at least get my husband's contacts off of it(good luck to you if you ever have to get support for this phone). I say stick to the more reputable phones; it's well worth the money you'll spend.

The title says it all. If I have ANY thing I wish was improved it would be to increase the battery life. I do have to recharge almost every night but I use it quite a lot & it's on almost 18 hrs/day. The user interface is GREAT! the touchscreen is so smooth it's almot like majic & so well thought out it is totally painless for a long term high use PC guy. Not only is the phone and other apps great but the camera takes execellent pics. another feature I really like is the choice between the slide down physical keyboard & the virtual one. I use both at different times because I can't really decide. The "Newsroom" with weather, sports, entertainment and more is really helpful. The WiFi is also a neat feature; I can access most everythin on the web without my cell minutes, even a nearby printer (check w/user first).

I bought this phone because I wanted to try a Windows phone without sinking a bunch of money in it. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this phone. Windows phone is a nice OS. Won't say it's better or worse than Apple. It's neither. It's different. MS is the one that "dares to be different" this time. If you wanna be different, have one that had "siri" before siri existed. Try a WP7. Pretty sweet. And don't think I dislike Apple or am a fanboi, cause I still have my iphone too.
