This mix makes the BEST gluten-free pizza crusts. It is easy to use (just add yeast, 2 eggs, oil & warm water). This mix is way better that pre-made gluten-free pizza crusts from the grocery store and all you have to do is add the few ingredients, roll out/hand form & bake. Each box make 2 LARGE pizza crusts -- 4 pizza crusts for just under $10 is a bargain! The crust is light and crispy.
Also try the bread mix and the biscuit mix -- both are WAY better than their pre-made counterparts sold at grocery stores.
I have been using these mixes for a couple of years and they are always great.

I have a celiac family been buying Duinkerken products for years but since moving to the US I couldn't get them anymore so glad to hear that we can get them through Wal-Mart of all places! Family is definitely glad to hear pizza night is back on. If you haven't tried these products and you miss the taste of good gluten food try these!
