I have been using this computer for just under a month. Meets my needs in every way possible. My only disappointment is the keyboard, the key spacing slows down my typing speed drastically.

Perfect Laptop for student or Gamer!!

The laptop took a little longer than estimated to arrive, but it is perfect and well worth the wait! It plays games beautifully. I love the monitor quality, especially when it comes to playing videos. I got the bundle that gave the bonus lid, worth it! I love the Peacock Blue and it is still on my laptop, but it is a great deal for the extra lid. I got the purple one. Looks great! I adore this laptop. HIGHLY recommended.

We ordered this computer for our daughter. She loves the size, color, and features it has. We loved the price and have had good experiences with Dell in the past. We had some issues from the beginning with the battery not charging and the battery charging being disabled, and we had to send it in for warranty repair. We were told that this was not a known issue with that computer. I would rate the computer higher except for that problem. Everything else works just fine, and we hope it is just a rare occurrence with our particular computer.

I was trying to reduce clutter of a desktop when I purchased this laptop. Dell has good reviews and I have had Dell desktops with excellent results. This computer's built in mousepad is very difficult and seems overly sensitive to use. I like the keyboard. I don't know whether this is a product problem or a problem with this computer, but it keeps asking me to reenter my email login and password and sometimes the only way I can acces my email account is to log off and start over again. This computer also sometimes gives the message that I am not connected to the internet. If I were using a wireless hookup I wouldn't think anything about it, but I am hooked up solidly with a wire connection. Never had this problem with my old computer same wiring and modem. I am overall extremely dissatisfied with my purchase.
