I did not receive a promo code for upgrading for windows 8 for $14.95. I am very disappointed about this and contacted Walmart customer service. I was told to go to windowsupgradeoffer.com. To get the discount I need a code. Can anyone help with this?

This dell laptop is exceptionally fast. I had a toshiba that I had for 6 yrs. I wanted to give Dell a try on their laptops & so far ( am not disappointed. It has a super fast processor & having the numeric keypad on the side is a big plus for me. Never had that option before but if you need to put in a lot of numbers it is definetly a nice feature.

WE are using this for a college student and he is loving it. It has the neccesarry memory that he needs. He has the added feature of a blue ray dvd player that he can use when he is not studying. Love It.

ordered on line and arrived in a couple of days. Price was good. Was very happy with my purchase until day 6. Unable to log on and called Dell. After speaking with 5 different people (and over 2 hours later) it was determined the hard drive was no good. They are sending a new hard drive along with a tech to install it. I'm hoping the tech speaks better english than the people I spoke with and is alot more knowledgeable. This is my 4th Dell laptop and the second one to have a hard drive problem.

This is one awsome laptop... It is everything I expected and more.. Super Fast, Crisp clear display great sound... I couldn't ask for anything more.. I've owned several Dells over the years and a Toshiba.. As far as value goes this one tops them all hands down.. Absolutely no regrets I would purchase another one of these machines in a Heartbeat..
