Enjoy working on the move with the Dell D620 Laptop Duo Core with Windows 7. This Intel Core Duo processor laptop has a processor speed of 1.66GHz and 2GB DDR2 SDRAM system memory. It also features a 60GB SATA hard drive allowing you to store up to 40,000 photos, 17,140 songs or 31 hours of HD video. Its DVD/CD-RW drive reads and writes CDs in multiple formats. You can watch videos and movies in the format of your choice. The Windows 7 Home Premium laptop features a 10/100 Ethernet and 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN for reliable network connectivity. You can connect to a broadband modem with wired Ethernet or wirelessly connect to a Wi-Fi signal or hotspot with the 802.11a/b/g connection. Included Battery should give 30-45mins of usage and is covered under the 1 year warranty.

It came in near perfect condition. It was easy to set up, only drawback which isn't really a drawback is the fact it came with Windows 7. I did order it with Windows 7, so I knew it was coming. I just didn't realize how different it was from Windows XP, which is what I previously been using.
I am getting used to it, and it does work excellent, and the price I received it for was excellent!

I was a bit concerned buying used, but they are great, both worked immediately and wonderfully- we added our programs and we are off and running. Clean and in fantastic shape. The price allowed me to my get one for my granddaughter and one for an adult beginner........I had thought of doing Chrome Books because of the affordability but these were a less and MUCH more for the money!! I am thrilled with the refurbished Dells. I work in a school library with lots of computers and this was a great find. The computers arrived earlier then their expected arrival date, well packaged and the personnel at the Wall mart in that department were terrific.

This is the worse choice I have made when I bought a laptop for the first time. The company that refurbishes this product is the company I have ever dealt with. The bargin and the money you save is not worth the hassles. The customer service with this company is poor. That is a polite thing to say. I wish I never bought it or took it back before the 15 days were up. If I get another laptop in the future I will spend the extra money and get a brand new one. The computer is slow. The keys don't work. The mouse pad doesn't work. This is why I am trying to send it back to the company. It's slow. I left a message with the company and no one called back. I try to email and they computer tells me it can't find their website. When I finally did get someone I been waiting for over a half an hour for the fedx label to send it back. Don't buy a refurbished Dell computer this is the company you have to deal with.

I bought this for my Grandson who tears up everything, I figured I wouldn't be losing alot. Tablet didn't last ( about two weeks)and the netbook lasted couple of months.
The screen was scratched but again didn't matter, if I had bought it for my use I would have been upset.

I spent 3 days turning this machine on and off getting absolutely nowhere. a cluster of problems stopped me from getting any work done, from hardware failure, to OS needing repairs, to the screen blinking in and out. most the reviews were pretty solid on this so I thought it was worth a try, I was wrong. the support team for this system, JOY SYSTEMS. is hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, when you call they place you in a queue that has 15-20 people in front of you, and then say the wait time is about an hour. its not. and if they don't get to you before they close up shop at 3pm, they just let you sit on the line. they have a voicemail to leave a message, but don't be fooled, they will never call you back. I will be sure to avoid any product supported/refurbed by JOY SYSTEMS from here on out.

the item was shipped fast. very satisfied with the shipping. but the item was not inspected properly. when it arrived it had a bad battery, and was not set up to just plug in and go. it was a gift to my sister who has very little computer knowledge and had to have someone actually set up the thing and get programs useable. all in all was very disatisfied with the product. but with help she now has it running and you did send her a new battery promptly.
