I've only had this set for a couple of weeks and I love them. I had the calphalon set and they really didn't hold up well. So I was thrilled with the price compared to the all clad. So far they cook very well and clean up easily like new. Hope it lasts!

This is an excellent value for a cookware set! It looks and performs just as good as more expensive brands. My only complaint is that it scratches easily. I have a gas range cooktop with cast iron grates and because of this the bottom of my new pots and pans are scratched. Although I suspect this would happen with any stainless steel cookware. I am happy this set was reasonably priced so now I'm able to use my cookware set without having to worry about a little ware and tear.

At the price, not sure i can find any fault with this line of cookware. After years of good performance, my hard anodized set of cookware was beginning to show its age (not to mention a few pieces were accidentally placed in the dishwasher and they just did not look so hot). I had always intended on replacing the set with tri-ply stainless, but held off due to the high prices of certain brands. After doing some research, ran across Tramontina, and thought I would give them a try.
I received my set only a few days ago, and so far I have been really impressed. The weight, feel, and look--all quite nice (handles seem fine, and I have good sized hands). So far I've sauteed, boiled and braised, and the performance has been excellent. Very happy with my purchase!

I cant be happier w this purchase! I have always used non stick pans and was nervous about switching to stainless steel. So glad I did! As long as you let the pots heat up before putting food inside, they work great! Absolutely planning to buy more Tramontina products. I absolutely love it. Pans are not the light cheapos that are out there for similar prices. I have not had a bad problem with sticking. At least nothing major to me. I have found others on here advising to let your pan heat up before adding oil etc. That little tip helped me a lot. My only complaint is I wish the set offered a little more variation in sizes. But pans are heavy, seem very durable and work great on my induction stove.

My husband and I decided to get rid of our teflon/non-stick pans and finally invest in some durable stainless steel pots and pans. When we were searching for a set, we came across this set of tramontina and were sold. Turns out my mother-in-law has a set of these exact ones from 13 years ago. I knew in that moment that for less than $200 I couldn't possibly go wrong with a good set of pots and pans to last me many years. Not only do they look great in the kitchen, I absolutely love the way my food tastes when cooking with these pots and pans. There is definitely, in my opinion, a different quality to your food compared to non-stainless steel products.

I saw Tramontina Tri-Ply cookware reviewed on America's Test Kitchen and decided to give them a try. We have had this set only a couple of weeks and are delighted. I only used it for 3-4 days, therefore cannot really rate durability. The pots heat evenly and most foods do not stick plus super easy to clean. I would highly recommend them and also send them as gifts. My only suggestion for future improvement of this line of pots is that glass lids should be used in place of steel ones.
