I have bought a Gateway first then bought a HP 15.6" Pavilion G6 4GB - 500GB and constantly received viruses and lines across the screen and had to keep resetting it to the factory condition because it was always messing up and I Finally bought my new Toshiba 15.6" 3GB - 320GB Black in Color with a number keyboard and everything including a Webcam and a Face Recognition w/ media card reader and full sized keyboard and 10 key and it is thebest laptop you could ever buy for the money!!! You will never go wrong!!! Best Laptop you could find especially for the money and you can doanything on it that you can do on a Mac as I had one of those to and this is by far the best one I have had yet and has been remarkable and have not had any issues in going on 8 months and have never had to use a junk drive and I have so much saved on this compouter along with all type s of games and so on and still have only used up not quite half of what it will store!!! Highly Recommended to anyone!!! You will NEVER GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPUTER!!! Go for it!!!

Falls apart and very poor customer service

I dropped this laptop on a padded floor- not much at all..LCD broke in a million pieces. Warranty won't cover. Don't ever ship UPS to their Depot Repair..they have a corporate agreement and will not cover even if Ups did damage..UPS will not cover damages.

Big Computer Issues

I would never advise to purchase this laptop or any laptop for that matter from Toshiba. We purchased one in 12/11 and 05/12 it crashed. Toshiba's Tech Support on the phone said it was a software issue and did a restore over the phone. That was not the case went and spent $70 on a diagnostic test and it was the hard drive. I called them and said due to all the troubles I was having with them I didn't trust them to have the computer sent to them to be fixed because who knows if they would or not or what they would put in it. I asked for the hard drive and the recovery disks and we would have it done ourselves. They refused and wanted me to receive an email and pay them 24.95 for shipping when its their bad equipment and that will take 2-3 days then another 7-10 days for repair. This computer was not even 6 months old and I've never in my life have had a computer do this too me. I also found out from one of their tech people that the computers sent to Walmart has little less power then their other computers so buyers beware on purchasing them from Walmart its not their fault but need to look into why they do this.

I am very pleased with the tax time bundle fo rmy laptop. I purchased the laptop a couple of months ago and I havent had a problem since. Alhtough the speaker dont get loud I'm satisfied with the product.

I have nothing but good things to say about this laptop. It had performed to all expectations including the cost as it was on sale when I purchased it. I had another satellite that worked without fault for years. The mother board finally failed so it was time to get another one. Very good product and I couldn't be happier with my purchase

It was definitely a great purchase. Perfect price, has everything that I'm looking for. Very easy to set up wifi, printer, etc. I Got the bundle so I saved on everything I bought. Couldn't believe how much I saved and how good the quality was on everything.

Well, speakers could have a lil more bass to em (plug in your own speakers I guess?)
feels kinda cheap, (you know what I mean if you get one)
not too heavy (that was a plus)
wish it had a better processing speed (for gaming, wouldn't recommend if you want to play games like WOW or LOL, or SIMS3)
overall, gets what I need done for school. (really does, can't complain too much)
can't turn off side scroller on mouse pad (but I love using that so it wasn't a big deal for me)
comes pre installed with chrome (which was surprise)
