The Sceptre 23" Class LED 1080p 60Hz HDTV with Built-in DVD Player comes with stunning picture and lifelike audio that come together for an ultimate entertainment viewing experience. With all the performance you need with an ultra fast response time of 5 ms to play all your favorite shows flicker free. A 60Hz refresh rate, 16:9 aspect ratio, 1,000:1 typical contrast ratio and 1920 x 1080 full HD resolution let you see crisper and sharper images. The built-in ATSC/NTSC/QAM helps provide you with vivid and stunning images so you can watch it all day long. Three HDMI ports let you plug and play all your favorite high definition devices. This HDTV has a 100mm x 100mm VESA Standard wall mountable hole pattern, so you can mount anywhere in your home.

This tv met all of my expectations! We have it mounted on my daughter's wall in her room. The screws that come with the tv were too short, so we had to buy longer ones in order to mount up. It did not take long. The picture quality, shiny trim, and dvd are excellent features!

I have been using this TV for about 2 months. I have had no problems at all with this unit. The TV has a great picture but the sound quality is not very good. No problems at all with the DVD player. I also like being able to label the channels.

Beautiful picture. Be aware that there is a transformer in the power supply cord and it makes hiding wires more challenging if you hang it on a wall. On the plus side that means it uses a lot less electricity.

This TV picture is great and this tv is a great size for a room. The problem I am starting to have with LED TVs is that they emphasize on the slimness, in turn forsake the sound quality. This sound is very bad on these TVs and companies need to stop making them so darn slim. I hope they actually read these review because I am not the only one ocmplaining of the sound quality. I will return this TV for a refurbished tv thats not too thin.

This is a very good LED TV. The only negative is sound quality, and that can be solved with an economical set of speakers. I have two other 32" Sceptres, and the sound with those is outstanding.

I couldn't tell you how it happened but the box on the outside was completely dry and had no damage on it whatsoever when it arrived at home. (I had ordered it because there were none on the shelf at the store). Brought it in and gave it as a gift several days later. When the recipient opened the box, there was water inside the plastic bag that the tv was in. Needless to say, the tv was wet and there were marks all over the screen that, when turned on, the picture looked like it had a night sky full of stars in front of it. It has since begun to dry and the star like marks are slowly fading. However, I don't feel comfortable keeping it as I have a feeling there is long term damage from the moisture. I haven't yet, but will be bringing it back to the store and getting something off the shelf instead.

Don't waste your time with this. Has the wordt sound I have ever heard. Sounds like a transiter radio. I pick my up Yesterday brought it home, hooked it up and took it back all within a hour. Sound is really bad. Has no volume!

I love this TV because you can hook up an old Video easy and without any problems. You can't do that with all new TVs. I even hooked up Video/DVD comination and it all works without problems. Great little TV. Great Price.

TV was the best price I could find over the July 4th, 2012. The DVD wasn't a must for me, but was a nice bonus. For just $20 more, it came with the TV, so I picked it up. I went ahead and mounted it to the wall to make it easier to see and save valuable space in a small bedroom. It's got a timer on it and both my kid and I like that. It's a good reminder of when bedtime is. All in all, I think we're all happy.

The TV only gets a very limited amount of channels. I have cable but apparently it is not compatible with this tv. I get 160 channels on my other TVs and only 17 on this one. i made the mistake of throwing the box out before I tried the tv now I am stuck with it. My son is going to try it at the dorm.
