This mug would be nice if the lid fit correctly. The inside mouth of the mug is not beveled so when you press the lid on, it pulls the seal ring out of its grove and cannot be properly closed. The seal twists out of the its grove rendering the seal--Not a seal. I thought about getting a file and creating a bevel; but that would involve buying a file (I don't have one that would work) so I am going to return it for a refund. I may except an exchange if there is one there with a proper fit.

Love my Thermos! Comes in cool colors and keeps my water cold for hours, my husband filled it with ice and water with lemon at 7am and it's 3pm now and there is still ice cubes in the jug!
The bright pink mug reminds me to drink up!

I've had my Bubba Keg for a few years now and won't take my water in anything else. I take it on the beach and there is still ice in it hours later. I have the 52 oz. one and it definitely helps me get my water intake for the day. People are always amazed by it and I swear by it. I'm planning on getting my friends one for Christmas.

Bubba Mug 52 oz. This mug kept my ice and drink cold for 12 hours. I never had to add ice or refill it in a 12 hour shift at work. I love it. It is big and my tray in my truck has a lg spring out caddy that held this mug very easy. well worth the money and I never have to worry of it tipping over.

I thought the mug was black from the picture. It is gray with lavender trim. It is nice enough and it is as good as any Bubba mug. The nice thing about ordering online to pick up in store is that the associates locate the merchandise for you. I had looked all over the store and even asked multiple associates. I found out after I ordered it & went to pick it up that it had not been put out on the shelves yet.

HORRIBLE RUBBER SMELL

I washed the mug upon purcahse with hot, soapy water. The first day I used it for coffee, my coffee had a rubbery taste. The second day, I soaked it in hot, soapy water overnight to dissovle the smell. The next day, the mug still had a distinct rubber smell. I then tried cleaning it with vinegar and hot water. It still smells like rubber! I would NOT recommend this mug. I am sorely disappointed!!!

...that I didn't carefully read the accompanying instructions... somewhere, on a tag maybe, there may have been the warning to "hand wash only"-- and my mug started to melt apart after a few trips through the dishwasher. Not severely-- just a quarter-inch gap now on one side between the metal part and the bottom plastic part-- which surely compromises insulation very little. (The actual vessel remains intact: the plastic base just *covers* it.) So it remains my favorite mug, though I notice the flaw most times when I drink. I agree with the other reviewers it is fantastic at keeping cold drinks cold and preserving the ice in them for a long time. I'm not sure I would use this mug for hot liquids like coffee. BUT... if you like lots of cold icy beverage to drink in the summer, and you and spouse can remember "no dishwasher", it's hard to see how you could get a better mug for the price, which is a remarkable value.

I brought my first Bubba about a year ago. I love it! I keep one at home and one on my desk at work. Brought one for my children and they love it! Some of the grandchildren asked for one; got it and they love it! I have more requests for christmas gifts. Keeps drinks cold for long, long periods of time. Very good product. Cuts back on a lot of dirty cups in my household because this is all that's used. Comes in a variety of sizes too. I highly recommend this product.

I left this in my hot car on a day it was 100 degrees. When I went back in my car there was still ice in it. This was after THREE hours being in the car!

These Bubba Mugs are the BEST!!! Keeps coffee hot for hours and cold drinks cold. I leave ice water in them in the evening and in the morning the ice is still there --- nice and cold.
I've had mine for over a year and purchased these for a gift and a back-up incase anything happens to mine. (which I doubt)
