Inside the brown border is not as light as it appears. I was thinking it looked more white or cream color when it is actually pretty green. It's a great rug, just not quite the color I was looking for.

The rug is perfect. It doesn't have that annoying rubber backing that falls apart in the dryer. The lack of rubber backing also helps it air dry faster. The rug is plush and washes well.

This is a gorgeous rug. Its super soft. The only problem I have is that it says Machine wash cold on gentle(delicate) and then dry. Remove promptly and dont pull strings to cut. Well I washed it on cold and took it out. There is lint every where and my rug is ruined. I didnt even get to put it in the dryer 8(

Me too! I loved it till I washed it

And it has continued to deteriorate at a breathtaking rate. After three washings (with appropriate care), it is now showing naked backing material in much of the rug. I'm so disgusted with the (2) rugs I bought and disappointed that the Better Homes and Gardens label on them meant absolutely nothing as far as quality. They are constructed using some sort of filler material that just keeps disintegrating...Nice design, nice colors, but horrible product.

The same thing happen to me I washed it clod water by it self...OMG! I could not believe my eyes when I saw my rugs.MASSIVE amount of lint. It really looked like the rug just shredded.
